This location is terrible- on a 16-hr roadtrip I went through the drive-through for dinner. 10 mins down the road after briefly looking into the bag to see my three items were there before driving off, I realized my burger was just a plain grilled cheese and they didn't give me the sauce I asked for...even though they repeated the order to me twice at the drive-through. ADDITIONALLY, I had to call 4 times in a row to get someone to answer. The lady who answered was immediately combative and said I couldn't get a refund without a receipt even though they didn't give me a receipt. This place is a scam with trash customer service. On top of everything, I had to wait five mins behind a guy who sat in the window after getting his food before driving off...like he sat there blocking the window five minutes before leaving and no one asked him to move or cared that other customers were stuck behind him. Subpar even by Sonic standards...go to any drive-through other than this one. Waste of $10 and a waste of time and energy. Will be reporting this franchise location...

Then was told for the third time this year that they did not have onion rings “ready”???? What does that even mean. Thats like saying they don’t have hamburgers. Then he comes back to window, and tells me card didn't go through. I showed him the message, but that didn't matter. He wanted to swipe my card again, which charged me 19.25,again. Now, I have to wait 5 dam days to be able to get my 19.25 back. This isn't cool whatsoever.
