i am never disappointed with the Westin in Mount Laurel. It is the only hotel I have my friends and family stay at when they are visiting south Jersey. It is an excellent location in south Jersey, right off of 295 and the Turnpike. There have been a few times I have stayed at this hotel with my family as well. Recently, we were having some tile work done and couldn't stay at home for a few days, so we stayed the Westin. This is one of the nicest hotels in the Philadelphia metro area. The rooms, especially on the Marriott Rewards floor are very nice. The tile shower with separate bathtub is very nice. The rooms are a really nice, have the comfy Westin beds and are extremely clean. One thing that stands out to me at the Westin in Mount Laurel, is how clean the hotel is. The hotel is always immaculate, which is really nice. Another really nice thing about this hotel is the swimming pool. The pool area is always very clean. The jacuzzi is always extremely clean as well. On our most recent trip the front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful as well. Brittany did a very nice job recognizing my Platinum Elite status. I had a couple of questions for Brittany, which she took the time to answer politely, professionally and thoroughly. The front desk staff is the first impression when getting to a hotel, and it sets the tone for the stay, so the extremely pleasant experience upon check-in is greatly appreciated. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food is always good. The breakfast is exceptional. We had a very enjoyable late dinner. It Is nice to not have to leave the hotel to have a pleasurable dining experience. We ate afterhours, so the bartender was our waiter. He was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay at the Westin in Mount Laurel. There is no other hotel we would send our friends or family to stay at. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience in the suburbs.

We recently held my father-in-law’s Celebration of Life at The Westin Mount Laurel, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff for making such an emotional day feel effortless, comforting, and so thoughtfully executed.|From the very beginning, the planning process was seamless. Living out of town, I chose this hotel and event space based on positive online reviews and its convenient location near the turnpike and I-295. What I didn’t anticipate—but so appreciated—was the incredible level of care, responsiveness, and professionalism from the staff every step of the way.||We hosted the event in the Regency Ballroom and also reserved a block of rooms for family and out-of-town guests. I worked closely with Taylor and Melanie on planning the event, and they were phenomenal. Sarah was also instrumental in coordinating our room block, and their kindness and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Upon checking in the day before the event, I was immediately reassured that we had made the right choice. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and accommodating—ready to help with anything we needed.||The evening before the event, we were able to begin setting up, and the staff supported us with every detail. On the morning of the event, they continued to go above and beyond. When we decided last-minute to add a podium and microphone so that family members could share memories, the team had everything in place within minutes—and even walked us through how to use the equipment.||The Celebration of Life itself was flawless. Every detail was attended to with care and professionalism. The buffet was not only delicious but beautifully presented and constantly refreshed. The bartender was excellent, and all of our guests commented on how lovely the service and food were. Most importantly, the staff truly cared. They checked in on us, brought us drinks or coffee, and made sure we were comfortable and supported. That compassion made all the difference on such a bittersweet day.|I want to especially thank Ramy, Magdy, Bernadette, Eldo, Missy, and the rest of the incredible team who worked our event. You all helped create a warm, respectful, and beautifully run event that allowed us to focus on honoring and remembering a loved one without the burden of logistical stress. I sincerely hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, because each person involved made a meaningful impact.||The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise—delicious food with top-tier service. Every interaction we had with staff, whether in the hotel, event space, or restaurant, reinforced the sense that this team takes immense pride in what they do.|Without a doubt, if I ever need to host another event—or simply need a place to stay in the area—The Westin Mount Laurel will be my first choice. Thank you all for making this experience not just smooth, but...

I have stayed at multiple Westin hotels throughout the years, and love their dedication to excellence, luxury accommodations and superior customer service. Unfortunately the service at this specific hotel is exceptionally poor.

I arrived after midnight to check-in (having called earlier to inform of my late arrival and was assured this was not a problem.) Upon arrival, it took 45 minutes to get checked in because there was some type of error, the source of which was never revealed to me. I arrived in my room, very late and ready to go straight to sleep. When I pulled back the sheets, there were multiple long strands of hair everywhere. It appears as though they were not changed from the prior guest. I was so exhausted, and had such a poor experience at the front desk, that I chose to sleep on top of the sheets.

The next morning, I reported this to the front desk, who was apologetic and assured me it would get rectified immediately. She stated that because I had used a 3rd party site to book, she couldn't give me a discount or refund.

I left for several hours. When I returned, I was ready to take a nap, since I hadn't slept well on the dirty bed the prior night. I was shocked to discover the sheets had not yet been changed. I immediately called the front desk, who assured it would be resolved in 15 minutes. When housekeeping arrived, she brought towels, not sheets. At this point, it was difficult to maintain my composure, but I did so, knowing it was not her fault. It took an additional two hours to get fresh sheets on my bed.

I will never stay here again, and advise you to do the same. I am disappointed by: the dirty bedsheets the amount of time to check-in the response time to resolve the apparent lack of concern for maintaining the Westin reputation no offer to upgrade my stay or offer free future stay at a Marriott hotel the length of walk from hotel entrance to parking lot the smell of the garbage that you must walk past to get to parking lot only one elevator was functional three out of four USB outlets in the room...
