Whether you come from near or far, whether you have much or a little (in wealth, wisdom or status), if all officers in this office are made in the same mold as officer Cooper, then you can expect to be treated with respect and dignity. You might even walk out of there feeling you actually have more in common with USCIS Officers: we're all people, with hopes, dreams and imperfections. I came away feeling officer Cooper is first and foremost committed to doing his full due diligence on behalf of the United States. I can only appreciate that. After all, this the nation gave me refuge, hope and reward for my ambitions. Equally important, I felt empowered with specific actions I could take for a positive outcome.
Go in humble. Be respectful (and honor the occasion by dressing appropriately). Be upfront and truthful. These officers take their job seriously. So, they know everything they need to know about you.    Read moreMy wife and Iâs experience at the USCIS Mt Laurel was second to none! Our entire process was extremely fast and smooth, from coming in with the guards at front helping us and cracking some jokes while we were going through security was easy and fun to be honestđ . The lady at the front desk was also extremely helpful and welcoming! Finally the woman who talked to my wife and I Ursula, was extremely professional and helped us a lot with our process and our questions. It was really fun talking to her, felt like we were talking to an amazing neighbor who you want to invite to have coffee or tea with and not a very intimidating government officer. Thank you Mt Laurel USCIS from the guards to the lady at the front desk and for Ursula for such an amazing and smooth process for my wife and I, no doubt you guys are number one! Special thanks again to Ursula for all the help and it was fun talking about...
