I purchased a Frig from PC Richard and Son's on 7/9/2024. I called back on the 10th the let them know the frig I selected was in fact too big for my door opening. Whn I got to the store a gentleman says to me wait. Needless to say I was unhappy with his approach however I waited there for approx 20mins. I went back to my car, called and told them to cancel the order. The salesman called me and asked wht happened. For the next 5 days they called me to resolve siad matter i go back to Mt Laurel Nj pick out another frig it was delivered while in the process of bringing the frig in the house they dinged the freezer door. I called the store and they ordered another door. Fast forward 3 days the damn thing is not making ice. I call service and they contacted the store and they send out a new unit. They take the other frig out bring the new one in ( they did not take the door off) and we know wht happened they scratched the door. Ughhhhh. I agreed for them to take the door off the other frig and guess wht now that too has a scratch on it. I called back to the store they ordered another door, somebody please tell me why I opened the instaview door and it's in my hands. WTH. These delivery guys don't care how they set your stuff up. Oh and this 2nd delivery team didn't even clean up behind themselves. All of my appliances were purchased at PC Richard's. I had never had any problems. This is complete utter craziness. I have a svc call date of 7/29/24, we shall see. Oh ans I have a freezer door frm the 1st incident and instaview door frm the 2nd visit sitting on my sun porch. Look at the pic with the condensation exposed wires and door coming away frm frig. PC RICHARDS DO...
Read moreEast Gate Square is still ok to run to for errands or a bite to eat, but I have to say it used to be better when there were more stores here in the past. And not that it’s anyone’s fault it’s just the way the economy has gone and stores have had to close and close for good or they have had to close their brick & mortar stores and only remain open online. But I must say, one store that I truly miss was Pier One Imports when it was in this shopping center. I remember being so happy that they had put one in this shopping center that I always used to go to consistently. But unfortunately they didn’t last here and now I only will come here for usually Shop Rite which is fine but let’s face it, food shopping is not that much fun compared to shopping for fun things! But they still have some places you might like, such as Ross, Home Depot, and Primos Hoagies if you’re hungry! But it seems that the stores here will eventually close too like Pier One bc they’ve also gotten rid of Party City and another store I believe was called Gabe’s. Idky they can’t put exciting stores here, like why can’t we have a Macy’s’ put in this shopping center or a TJ Maxx. Idk but hopefully the future doesn’t look dim and they’ll make a comeback with brick and mortar stores rather than just buying...
