The Window Tinters — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

Had my brand new 2025 RAM 1500 tinted here last week after calling many of the local shops to compare pricing and product. The Window Tinters had the best combination of price, product, and availability in my opinion, so I booked an appointment. I was required to give a $50 deposits which went toward the final balance, which isn’t uncommon in my experience. I had my entire truck tinted plus windshield which took around 2.5-3 hours in total. Price was very competitive with other local shops, with, in my opinion, a superior product in Llumar.

After a few days of driving around my freshly tinted vehicle, I noticed an imperfection in the windshield tint specifically when there was direct sunlight or oncoming headlights on my windshield. The imperfection was right in my driver vision, and was bothering me because I couldn’t clean it no matter what I tried. It was large enough to be annoying but small enough to where I wasn’t sure if I should contact the shop to let them know. Honestly, I was slightly embarrassed that I was being overly critical but I decided to reach out anyway given I spent a lot of money on the tint and my new truck. After all, these things happen sometimes.

Needless to say, The Window Tinters, without hesitation, told me to bring my truck back in for the next available appointment so they could replace the tint. I’m sure there are shops out there that wouldn’t have felt the imperfection warranted a replacement, but that to me is what separates a shop I want to give my business to one that I do not. When I dropped the truck off, I showed the imperfection in the windshield tint and they were absolutely supportive of retinting - whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied.

All around amazing experience at Legacy. Spent a few days googling local shops where I can trust leaving a 996 Turbo.. Being myself and my crew spent 18 hours Paint correcting and ceramic coating the car.. Every shop I’ve ever used in the past has either scratched the car or left me with an interior full of soap lines from the tint.. I decided to call The Window Tinters… A young lady picked up the phone by the name of Maria. She was super helpful and really listened to every issue I had.
