Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Mount Laurel Township

I had fallen in love with this Ross years ago after wanting a dress in a major department store that didn't have my size. Finding that same dress deeply discounted instantly had me hooked. Fast forward to today. While I usually find most Ross stores to appear dirty for some reason, I was optimistic as I walked into the one Ross I always adored. I was in shock and disbelief. I know Ross is known to flex their floors for whatever event they are advertising, shoes, dresses, home, etc. , but everything just looked so empty. There was even a large empty spot in the middle of the store. Making matters worse was the two dressing rooms they put in the front of the store. Yet another store I won't return to. I loved Ross n always shopped there but lately I haven't because of the customer service, I rate poor especially at this store! I bought a pair of sneakers that had stains and they looked used. I asked what seemed to be a manger, she was an older lady, black mid length hair glasses anyway I asked her for a percentage off n she said with an attitude I can but it would be a final sale and I can't return them and then git the nerve to write final sale on the ticket and receipt smh When Compared to other stores and Marshalls a great store n friendly cashiers with great customer service not only would they give you 10% off but tell you if you change your mind you can return it now that's excellent...

I stop by the ROSS store located in Moorestown, NJ just about every Tuesday, as I am in the area. I've been shopping there for more than a year now and, beyond having a great selection of clothing, the store associates there are fantastic! Jennifer, Denny, Sherlon, and Deborah are always positive and upbeat, cordial, and friendly towards customers, creating a fun atmosphere to shop in. I'm a regular ROSS shopper, and I shop at ROSS stores all over S. Jersey. The employees at other ROSS stores aren't nearly as pleasant and accommodating as these ladies are.
