We can't say enough good things about Ingrid at Kay Jewelers! Five years ago, she was a huge part of our engagement process and helped us choose the perfect wedding rings. Thanks to her, we not only have beautiful jewelry but also the peace of mind that comes with the insurance on our pieces.
Since then, she’s been a part of our lives through anniversaries, life changes, and even the arrival of our first child. Every few months, we look forward to catching up with her, sharing updates on our lives, and, of course, browsing for jewelry. You’d think that at a chain store like Kay, you wouldn’t get the personal attention you’d find at a mom-and-pop shop, but she’s proven us wrong. She’s been so much more than just a salesperson – she’s become a trusted part of our journey, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients.
When she was promoted from the Providence store to Attleboro, we knew we had to follow her, even though we live just five minutes from Providence. It’s a little extra drive, but we trust her, and we trust the team she’s built. Every time we visit the Attleboro store, we know we’re going to receive the same level of care and attention.
If you're looking for a jewelry store where you’re more than just a customer, where the employees genuinely care about you and your life milestones, we highly recommend Kay Jewelers. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Ingrid, you’ll see exactly why we keep...
Read moreWould absolutely NOT recommend this store to anyone trying to get married or married. The sales women Cindy showed my husband and I some rings and did well in that aspect. We asked all questions regarding finances and different kinds of rings. We also made it clear that we were not buying new rings that day, he wanted it to be a surprise. She then suggested that I left so they could discuss some more details. I left and when my husband came to find me after he gave me her business card with her personal cell phone number on it and stated that she had made small talk with him, asked regarding his nationality (he is Brazilian) and then gave him her phone number on a card to text her at a later time at home. There is no reason for her to give him her personal cell phone nor was he interested in it. Unfortunately for her that was not the sale my husband was interested in. We went there to find a ring to symbolize our union instead a home wrecker asked me to leave so she could have a opportunity to throw herself at my husband. Not sure what brand Key Jewelers is selling but I would absolutely NOT...
Read moreI can't blame the store itself for this but the engagement ring my fiance got me here has been a lemon. I'm respectful to my jewelry but it has lost a stone 3 times in about a year. Each time they have tried to make it sound like it was something I did, like wear it in the shower (which I never do.) The quality of my ring is poor, especially given what my fiance paid for it. It has always been fixed without a challenge. I just wish it had been made with more secure settings 😢. Update-- finally brought the ring back after losing a 4th stone. We traded the ring in for something else. We did need to purchase a new protection plan. I'm not happy about that, given that the ring was only about a year old and it wasn't abused at all. But I am happy so far with the piece I ended up with. The original piece had very delicate settings. I had a jeweler look at it (aside from Kay's) and they said that the settings were shallow and the prongs were small and delicate. It was likely to continue. Inspect the quality of rings very carefully before purchase. I will say that Kay's always fixed things...
