Panda Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Neptune Township

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mom stopped by here last night to pick up 2 orders of general tso, wonton soup, and wings. The service was rude and the establishment unclean. At that moment she should have turned away and went else where but we were hungry. We were very disappointed. Both the two general tso chickens looked different, they were bland, sauceless, and quiet frankly terrible. The wings and spring rolls were essentially just sponges for the frier oil. We didn't even bother giving the soup a try. Tge intire order went into the garbage. A waste of money and food. It was very upsetting but blnit as upsetting as our stomachs this morning....

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PANDA CHINESE RESTAURANT THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ME FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED ON APRIL 7 AND WAS PAID FOR THEN 10 DAYS LATER ON APRIL 17 THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE SAME ORDER I WENT AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HE NEVER GOT BACK IN TOUCH I SHOWED HIM THAT I DIDNT PLACE AN ORDER ON APRIL 17 AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAY SO IF I WAS ANYONE USING A CARD TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER ON THEIR WEBSITE DONT DO IT THE SAME THING MAY HAPPEN TO YOU I LIKE TO HELP BUSINESSES STAY OPEN DURING THIS VIRUS BUT I AM NOT GOING TO BE RIPPED OFF WHILE TRYING TO HELP CHINA ONE AND THE GREAT WALL...

Service was fine for pickup. I ordered General Tso's Chicken. I took my food home, began eating, and noticed it just didn't taste right. I noticed a few pieces were translucent and raw. I couldn't even get an answer when I called them. They didn't seem too busy when I was there 15 minutes ago. I was starving, so ended up throwing the chicken in the pan to cook up. Tasted better, gave me peace of mind. I still got sick shortly after. This place is aweful. Order from other...
