This hotel has a long and storied existence. It began as an independent hotel, spent a few years as a Hilton, then a few years as a Radisson. Now, it's independent again. The current management took all of the old feedback quite seriously. I'm in my second week of stay at The Biltmore. I've had two rooms here, due to extending my stay which I would not have done if it weren't a lovely hotel. Both rooms are spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. I travel often on business and the amenities here are still comparable with a Radisson, in fact, exceed it. The parking and Wi-Fi are free. With a daily room, the breakfast at The Brandywine is free. With a long-term stay it is $5. This business hotel goes out of its way to cater to its guests. The manager greets new guests. The entire bi-lingual staff has been impeccably trained in customer service. From management to housekeeping, they're hospitable and well-mannered. The hotel theme has traditionally been the desert South West, indicative to its location in Oklahoma. While this was popular in past decades, it continues to be the presiding theme here, intertwined with the naming and themes of its onsite entertainment properties, such as The Chisholm Club. It's been a long-standing favorite location for conferences and meetings. I've attended four here since 2001. The hotel is currently undergoing a full re-model, starting with its rear most building. (It has five buildings in its complex - three with rooms, ballrooms, restaurant and clubs; two dedicated to hotel maintenance and housekeeping.) During winter, only the indoor pool remains open. During the other three seasons, you may also enjoy three pools and one wading pool, plus a whirlpool/sauna. If you don't stay here, you'll miss one of the best kept secrets of Oklahoma City. Oh, a dining tip: eat at least once across the street at Gopuram, an Indian restaurant serving some of the best dishes the city has to offer for carnivores, vegans, and vegetarians. Yet another benefit of staying here is the easy access to fine dining, shopping and the airport. Plus, pets are welcome for a nominal $10 per night deposit. Also, there's a complimentary airport shuttle.

You get what you pay for. For this price you get a decently clean room that's extremely outdated, with horrible lighting. On the way to the hotel you get treated to local life in okc, with drug addicts yelling at you and chasing after your car. The staff are friendly and super helpful, which is nice, but doesn't out weight the box tv or the shirtless, toothless men outside the hotel all hours of the day. For the most part people mind their own business, which is a relief, but I'd mark this as a extremely cheap extended stay motel. It's fine in a pinch.

Used to love staying here....but I guess the last time we were here was in 2016-17....they are, now, very outdated....same old box TV's.... cigarette burns on the blankets (in the non-smoking room)....beds are basically bent in the middle.... something is not right with the horse in the wall art....the building with the indoor pool is chained off and closed up....damn near hit my head on the bathroom ceiling, it's so low....this place looks like a cuss word!!!!

If you like western decor, this would be the place. Rooms are reasonable but the cleaning of the rooms are left to be desired. My family and I booked 2 rooms on Forth of July weekend only to be given one room. Didn't realize until we arrived in the room. Only had 2 beds and needed 4. Went back to front desk and told them. They said we didn't make reservations for 2 rooms. Then I showed them the email showing that I did. They room next to the one we already had was being cleaned. We told them we would wait until it got cleaned and would take it since it had a door that a joined the two rooms. They said that someone was going to be staying in that room. I said why don't you move that person who hasn't checked in yet to the room that we would stay in. They said that they couldn't do that. So we had to go back to the room and load up our luggage, just to move to another building with a room that the door wouldn't lock. Called front desk so they moved us to yet another building. We finally got our luggage in and settled in for the night and went swimming. The pool water was cloudy and burned your eyes bad. There was a grease ring around the pool as well. We decided to order pizza for the kids before we went for a night of bowling. On our return to our rooms we relized that both rooms was infested with ants. I called front desk and told them my problem and they said they would send maintenance out. After waiting for a hour with no one coming to the room I decided to go to front desk to see what had happened, only to find out that they had no clue that I was need of maintenance. They did send maintenance out and the maintenance man said there was too many ants to spray for. They would have to get an exterminator out. The ants was even in the beds when the maintenance man was in the room. I told him that I didn't want my children staying in the room like that. He said they would give us another room or give us a refund if they didn't have any rooms left. I arrived at the front desk at 630 just to find out there was no rooms available so I asked for a refund and they said they had to talk to manager. After waiting for nearly 2 hours the manager arrived and took me back to his office and apologize for the inconvenience. He said he was going to let us stay in the owners suite that was by itself at no extra charge. I thanked him and a worker took me to the suite to show me the accommodation. At arrival I noticed a considerable change in the amenities. Very nice indeed. Only one problem, it only had one bed! I told them the accommodation would not work. At this point I felt it would be best to get a refund and go home. The worker said they would give me a refund and walked me back to the front desk. I told them I wanted a refund and they said I would have to wait on the manager. And then the wait began yet again. During the wait a Hispanic lady asked if I was having problems with our room reservations and I said yes and told her my delimma. She also told me of hers as well. They had 20 people in her group. They had to move 3 times as well. Now it's 9 pm and still waiting on the manager. He finally showed at 1245 am. He said that he would only refund the money for one room and he would take my name down and would be sure to take care of us on our next stay with them. I told them that I didn't want him to take care of us then but now. I wanted a full refund. He said he couldn't refund the full price because we used the accommodation and the amenities his hotel offered. I told him my family and I used his swimming pool for about 20 mins because the water burned your eyes and beds haven't even been turned back or slept in. I told him the maintenance man pulled the sheets and bedspread back to find ants in the beds. He still stuck to his guns and only gave me half of my money back less than taxes of course. That's the only reason I've wrote this extensive review. Most horrible place I ever stayed at in 30 plus years of traveling with...

This is probably one of the worst experiences at a hotel Ive ever had. I plan to share this review on every website I can think of in order to help people avoid this place. Prepare yourself because im coming at you with a novel.

First of all...as i was waiting to be helped, there was a couple in front of me who were checking into their room. The front desk lady had company who were hanging out off to the side of the counter, talking with the staff person as she worked. A man & a woman in an all camoflavue outfit. Im guessing regulars at this hotel. They kept making comments about the sexual activities that this couple in front me were possibly going to partake in...with the front desk lady. While the couple is standing there in earshot. Weird & inapprorpriate, i thought to myself. I finally check in with the front desk lady (who was pretty nice) & i head to my room. I had to access the hallway using a side door that you can get into with your room key. Well my key didnt work to let me into that hallway so i could get to my room. So a gentleman who was coming out of the building held the door open for me. While I was walking in he says “I hope youre not about to go do something illegal.” Slight hesitation as i process what he just said... I continue inside towards my room. The key doesnt open my room door, so i go all the way back to the front desk. And lo and behold i see the same gentleman who held the door open for me there. So first impression is they dont care who has access to their building apparently if hes simply hoping im not some random stranger hes letting inside whats supposed to be a secure building... Okay, i brush that off cause im tired, head back to my room.

Now i will say, this room was alot bigger than i expected. However the room was extremely outdated. Horrible decor, peeling paint, discolored ceilings, scratched up furnitire, my tv didnt work, no remote in sight. The floor squeaks as you walk around in the room. Also, the lights in the room were super dim. I had to turn on 3 lamps to get sufficient lighting to inspect the rest of this place. The bathroom was decent, the water got super hot. No bad smell. The bed looked okay, but i didnt have the stomach to peel back the comforter to look at the sheets...no way am i getting under those covers, i thought to myself. I only needed to be here a few hours to get some sleep & go. Ill just lay down a towel and sleep on top of the covers. Im not typically a complainer or particularly picky, but what finally made me irritated enough to even write this review is that i still havent been to sleep yet. Which is all i ever wanted from this dumpster of a building. A place to sleep at a moderate comfort level. But the heat in this place doesnt work making it impossible to get the smallest bit comfortable enough to doze off!!!!! I turn on the thermostat and NOTHING. Its cold as F outside in OKC. Im wearing 3 outfits RIGHT NOW as i type this. And still im cold & miserable. This is not an exaggeration people. 3 outfits, to stay warm in a hotel i paid for. This place is the butt-hole...

I'm only giving this place a star because I can't give it no or negative stars. I booked this POS through my work's interline discount website. I live in North Carolina where the Biltmore Estates are the standard of excellence, so I thought "it can't be that bad, I'll try it out." When I pulled up, I could see I'd made a mistake. The parking lot is dark with lots of shady people mulling around - some looked like they were in the middle of drug deals. I did not heed my better judgement and checked into the first room - the check in process took forever because "the computer was acting up." More like she didn't know what she was doing is what it looked like to me. When I got in the room, the AC was blowing hot, the temperature was nearly 80, it was insanely smelly and grungy, and the safety door locks were loose. I turned around within five minutes and asked to be checked out. The lady begged me to try their "VIP" room and I agreed. The parking lot in that area of the hotel was even darker and I didn't feel the last bit safe. I would never, ever have gotten out of the car if I'd had my family with me. But, I decided to check out the "VIP" room, so I grabbed my stuff and walked past the shady people in dark corners to go inside. This room was barely any better than the first and smelled as bad, but the AC was blowing cold so I tried it out. Within 15 or so minutes, my eyes were burning from what I'm going to assume (for the sake of my sanity) was the over powering cover up smell of cleaning products. I packed my stuff back up and told them I was checking out - I just needed a receipt saying that I checked in and back out so I could get a refund. The first guy said he can't print anything, so the person who I have to assume was the manager came over. Unfortunately, he wasn't smart enough to check me out of the hotel and provide me a receipt, either. I left the property, paid 10 bucks more for a room, and ended up with a Crowne Plaza. When the interline booking company called the hotel the staff lied, saying I had not checked in, which classified me as a "No-Show" meaning they could keep one day of my fares. I'm now working with my interline comany - they are returning the money from the night the hotel thinks they were sneaky about and the interline people are going to go after the hotel. I would give this place a negative 5 stars if I could, the rooms are disgusting and the people behind the counter are slime bags and liars. I'm going to watch my credit card that they have on file to make sure they aren't going to...
