First, most of the staff is amazing and I do not fault them for any of this, they were trying to resolve issues-but some issues are beyond their control. Put in handicapped (wheelchair accessible room) on the 4th floor. I asked to be moved because I’m not handicapped and did not want to utilize a room designed for someone with needs I don’t have, and I was told that policy prevented the change and told it has a bigger shower so I should see it as a plus. The phone did not work in my room-they tried three different phones and figured out it was an issue with the phone jack in the wall-three days later they still can’t get it fixed. Water pressure was awful, the water barely came away from the wall and when checking to see if maybe because the shower was handicapped accessible the handicapped hand held shower head would maybe work better, I found it literally just dribbled out of that shower head with absolutely no water pressure behind it. The shower curtain was dirty and smelled awful which made the room smell as well. The cable TV is ‘spotty’, it pixilates quite a bit during shows and there was no guide for the TV channels. No alarm clock (and no wake up call service because there was not a working phone), no microwave (but there is a small fridge). The pool area is not stocked with towels and is not labeled so it can be found without asking, and the water is COLD-like ice cube cold (there is no way a child could swim in that pool temperature). Final straw-throughout my stay I could smell marijuana which is no big deal-BUT I woke up the third day (I was booked for 5 nights) and my entire room smelled strongly of marijuana and I believe I might have gotten a contact high while sleeping. I immediately checked out of the hotel. This hotel has a contract or agreement or something to that extent with a trucking company for regular orientations and has drivers checking in and out daily, and they utilize the second and third floors for those employees, and it is apparent the hotel focuses on that company and their needs disregards the other rooms in the hotel-doing the bare minimum to maintain them. Do NOT recommend this hotel….a motel is better than this “hotel”. I would recommend about 85% of their...

This hotel was really interesting to say the least. I honestly think ownership and management got a raw deal. So the building itself is only 4 years old but at first I thought it was just renovated. Before I go on with the negatives I do want to say for the most part the staff (Night shift manager who was retired at one time I believe) and the shuttle service was excellent. The contractors in which I heard took 3 different ones to finish the job, did a terrible job on this building. We tried to check in literally 45 minutes early (2:15pm)but the lady at the desk didn't want to budge. She said they allegedly been have any rooms available. So we came back at 6:30 p.m. and our rooms were still not ready because they were supposedly short staff. We had to be put in three different rooms because the AC was not working properly and either of the two. Our third one had broken pieces of tile on the floor, the bathroom shower doors look like they were put on wrong and there were water stains on the shower ceiling with mold. Mind you this building is only 4 years old. There was black duct tape holding on metal trim that surrounded the bathroom sliding door. When I went to iron my clothes there was a old iron board with no iron so again the manager had to search a few rooms and Rob Peter to pay Paul... The only good thing about this room is the bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome. The pool had a lot of bugs floating on top and sunk at the bottom of the pool and the pumps were barely working. All this and they had the audacity to ask me and my wife to pay for the breakfast buffet in the morning. However when I informed them of everything that happened and the condition of our room we got a "complimentary" breakfast. This is all unfortunate because the location is good and the first floor rooms for the most part looked great with the high ceilings and they felt really big. This hotel has really good potential but I kind of feel like they need to start over from...

Travel was for a weekend family event. I'll start with the good and work my way down. LOCATION, fine for our purposes - no complaints there. SERVICE, Housekeeping staff did their best. Shuttle drive to the airport was great. Restaurant hours and offering very limited and out of most real breakfast items. ROOM, upon check-in (Approx 9p) entering the room the smell was bad enough it made me gag. The corridor smelled as well. Front desk assigned another room next floor up. It didn't smell as bad, but went to Walmart and bought freshener. The room lacked a fridge and micro and hairdryer. Half of the lightbulbs were burnt out. No luggage rack. 3 hangers in closet, no iron - but there was a ironing board! Was told those would be provided in the morning as not all rooms have them. They move them from room to room as needed. Room was not cool, turned AC down and fell asleep. Woke up at 4am because room was 77°. Back to the front desk about 7a. Told them we were going to find alternative hotel as this was unexceptable and would not stay for remainder of our booked stay. Note - I'll try to add the picture of my socks after walking around the room for just a couple of hours - they were FILTHY! No wonder the place smells. THIS IS A RADISSON NOT RENT BY THE HOUR JOINT!! Assigned ANOTHER room 3rd in less than 12hrs). I inspected before agreeing. AC worked, it smelled much better, fridge, micro, iron, and hairdryer were all present. Still no luggage rack. They gave us the keys and said no rush, move at our convenience, which we did. I will never stay in this hotel again. Nor will I recommend it. Its a pretty package with a boobie...

OOF. Go somewhere else if you can! First room we got had greasy mystery stains all over the bed and linens and the bathroom door was hanging off the track. In the second room, at least the majority of the stains were located on the walls and not the bed. I’ve stayed in motels that were cleaner. Drippy gross stains on literally every wall which I dare not wonder the origins of, the AC unit in disrepair, a crusty booger left swiped on a picture frame, the shower floor grubby and brown and begging to be scrubbed. The towels were so rough the local ER could probably use them to debride wounds (if I were an optimist I’d say they were wonderfully exfoliating). The bathroom door would not fully close and left about a four inch gap, so everyone in the room (and in the hallway for that matter) will hear you christening the porcelain throne in high definition. Smaller gripe: No mini fridges. Obviously that’s my fault for not checking and just expecting, but tbh I’ve never even had to question whether a hotel room would have refrigeration, to me that’s like a universal basic standard of hospitality. Really cool bathroom mirror though. The one caveat: the attached grill/bar made literally the best fries I’ve ever had. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Wings = delicious. Yes it took like 2.5 hours to get the food but waiting so long in a grody hotel for such weirdly amazing food was strangely cathartic.

We checked in for 2 nights, 2 rooms. At first the rooms seemed clean. Right away we found dirty sheets on one of the beds in one of our rooms. Housekeeping came up right away and changed all the bedding. There was light coming all around the entire the door. It was also missing the self closing feature. In room 316, we had no fridge. I see someone else wrote a review a month ago about that same room not having a fridge. Plenty of time to rectify that problem if you ask me. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. The bathroom walls and stuff on them and the wallpaper was peeling as you can see in the picture. In both bathrooms, the shower drains screws were rusty and something was peeling up (kinda looked like old paint) from around the drain. There is a Redneck bar next door (that’s actually what it’s called) and they used the hotel for parking. We heard music, cars and loud motorcycles until around 2am. We ended up leaving a day early and checked into another hotel. We contacted Choice Hotels to get our points back. They also put a $207 per room charge on our cc for “incidentals”. Which seems pretty excessive. Especially when they can’t even keep the rooms up to any standard. Also the “bar and grill” is an Indian restaurant, not a bar and grill at all. Save yourself the trouble and go stay at the Comfort Inn on Meridian down the street. They were amazing.
