From the moment you step through the doors, you're welcomed by an ambiance that exudes warmth and charm, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining adventure. Let's dive straight into the highlights of our culinary journey at Eureka, starting with their tantalizing Mac N' Cheese Balls. These little pockets of joy are a true testament to comfort food done right. Crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully gooey and creamy on the inside, each bite is a burst of cheesy goodness that leaves you craving for more. Whether you're a die-hard mac 'n cheese fan or just looking for a delicious appetizer to kickstart your meal, these Mac N' Cheese Balls are an absolute must-try. Next up on the menu are the Truffle Cheese Fries – a gourmet twist on a classic favorite. Picture perfectly crisp fries generously topped with decadent truffle oil and a generous sprinkling of cheese. Every bite is a symphony of flavors, with the earthiness of the truffle perfectly complementing the richness of the cheese. It's a dish that elevates the humble fry to new heights and leaves you wondering why you haven't experienced this culinary masterpiece sooner. And let's not forget about the Double Smash burger – a carnivore's dream come true. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, each bite is a celebration of all things meaty. With two perfectly smashed patties sandwiched between toasted buns and topped with all the classic fixings, it's a burger experience that's hard to beat. Pair it with a side of those addictive Truffle Cheese Fries, and you've got yourself a match made in burger heaven. Now, while the food at Eureka is undeniably top-notch, it's worth mentioning a quirky aspect of the dining experience – being carded for a drink that contains no alcohol. Yes, it might seem a tad odd at first, but it's all part of the charm of Eureka. Their dedication to ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all their patrons is commendable, and it's just one more reason why Eureka stands out from the crowd. Read moreSome of the BEST burgers & service we have ever had!!
This was our first time eating at a Eureka and it was so so SO delicious! Not only was the food delicious, the service was some of the best we have had in a LONG time in California (ask for Adam... he rocked!!).
VIBE/ ATMOSPHERE: The restaurant had a very cool, laid-back, relaxing vibe, in a darker setting. They had both inside and outside seating in which the bar was somewhat the focus area of the restaurant. The bar had seating both on the inside & outside, which was very unique.
FOOD: As I mentioned before, the food was excellent and the drinks were as well! So much flavor!
We got the Eureka American burger with a side of spicy ginger green beans & the Jalapeño Egg burger with a side of fries.
DRINKS: They offered multiple types of beers & cocktails that yoy may not have ever heard of.
I tried the Farmer's Market Cocktail & wow!! I was pleasantly surprised! Nate got a beer (can't remember which one) and he really liked it.
SERVICE: Adam was our server & he did a tremendous job at taking care of us! As I said before, this was our first time eating at a Eureka restaurant, so of course we had a lot of questions. Adam was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to the food. I wanted a cocktail but could decide & was looking for something on the 'healthy' side. He suggested the Farmer's Market cocktail. When he described it at first, I was conflicted on ordering it because I wasn't sure I would like the flavor. This is when Adam assured me, if I didn't like it, he would not charge me & instead I could choose something I would like better (of course we would pay for the one I drank). THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE & this is why we will be back to Eureka... THE SERVICE!
CON: The only con or more like 'odd' piece (in my opinion), they had one bathroom (2 stalls), that was unisex. It was a little strange going to the bathroom, as a female, with a guy in the stall next to me. And unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit on the dirtier side...
Overall, we had an excellent first experience & we will be back!

Read moreUPDATED REVIEW Very good 4.5 I am so glad I came back to gave Eureka another try, arrived on a Wednesday around 4pm, didn't expect a crowd but slowly customers were rollin in. Lexus was fast and attentive, Ordered the spicy Chicken Sando w fries, specifically asked for the fries to be crispy and hot and also a seared tuna salad. FOOD Spicy Chicken Sando – Nice and hot (temperature wise) there is a bit of a kick as far as the spice goes, I did enjoy the hint of chipotle and the tanginess of the coleslaw! The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned well. (read on) Seated Tuna Salad- Great sesame ginger dressing paired well with the salad and so did the crispy wontons. When the sando came out I checked the fries and it was not hot at all, disappointed I asked the server (runner) if he can take them back and ask the chef for hot crispy fries. Lexus, did come back with extra hot crispy fries. Although, she wasn’t too happy after dropping them off. Oh well, it worked out! I didn’t realize they have a happy hour menu, till the bill came! Be sure to ask for hot crispy fries don’t settle for less! =)
Old REVIEW 3/5 Stars Outdoor patio seating, dog friendly! This particular restaurant needs to work on their customer service. As a hostess you are the first to greet your customers and unfortunately Eureka failed on this part. Arrived on a rainy Saturday, late afternoon around 4pm and our hostess wasn't very nice. Quickly said it was going to be more than an hour 1/2 wait, seemed like she was hoping we wouldn't stay. Nonetheless, we waited patiently for seats to open at the bar. Thankfully it was only a 10 min wait. Not one of the 3 bartenders greeted us, it took about 10 mins to get any recognition, I'm only mentioning this because I noticed others that walked up to the bar got greeted quickly. Ordered Cowboy burger with Fries- The burger was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious but the fries could've been hotter. Eureka salad - Tasty ingredients but so small for so much Asked for ranch and didn't get it till we were almost done with our food. Once the ball started rollin, everything was ok. I'd love to come back and give them another try! Overall, with not so good service and...
