I’ve been a habit customer at several locations over the years and always have had nothing but positive experiences and love your restaurants and food. I now live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and my last five or six visits to your new Alton location have been nothing less than extremely disappointing!
Literally the same mistakes on my orders are made every single time. The first couple incorrect orders I let go but now it’s become comical. I’m usually dealing with the same confused manager most of the time and she fails to correct the previous mistakes or even see that they are avoided again. She did offer to remake my food the last three times but I have a work return deadline and can’t wait (that’s why we go to a fast food restaurant). Lately I asked every time to please get my order right this time, they read my order back to me as I ordered it but when I receive it, it was completely wrong. For example, I always ask for a burger plain w/cheese, zero anything else! This shouldn’t be too complicated. Yet it comes loaded every time with onions, tomatoes, extra mayo. Like I said the first time I let it go - my last experience I once again spelled it out she assured me it would be right this time but once again completely wrong! It’s not just me, I see many people returning food because the order is wrong!
It’s not just me who is noticing this poor service but I have several friends who are habit fans and they are having the same experiences! Today was the last straw for me. I refuse to go back to this palm beach gardens location and will return to the less convenient location on Northlake Blvd. where I have never had a bad experience. They took my order and I waited I then logged into the Habit grill app and realized I had an offer for a free Charbuger with purchase of a drink Well I had already received a drink and didn't want two. I then seen the expo girl Yadi i asked her if I could do this offer but get fries instead since I already had a drink She said possible, but check with my manager Manny ,Manny honned my request with a smile. Read moreOn the 39th day of spring, I entered this kingdom of grease. During dusk yesterday, there was confusion regarding the purchase of a liquid refreshment and my perceived failure to do so. The staff helped me to understand what was happening. The Rosa lady was very nice! Please tell her she did a really, really good job! She solved everything. All I needed to do was show the bank statement for the multiply charged beverages, and I was able to get a coupon for a future large drink.
However, I still do not understand how the printed orders work. Can I get a video explaining how it functions? Is it okay to step into the kitchen again so I can watch it during less busy hours?
Also, do I need to get a printed receipt in the future to validate any drink purchases I make? Or should showing purchasing history again solve any problems? I needed to leave the building to do it because of the cell reception inside.
Also, also, the little avocado things are good. Are they only temporary?
