Never staying here again! No management on site. When we arrived, we couldn't get in the gate. After 40 minutes and several phone calls, they finally realized they had only given us the code for the room, and NOT the code for the entry gate. There were only enough coffee pods and cream for one morning, so we had to go out and buy more. While staying at the hotel, I had a client ask for a last-minute Zoom call at 11:00 am on the morning of check out. Such a perfect experience! I booked this for my best friends bachelorette and could not have picked a better place. The team from Hotel El Cid was extremely accommodating from the day I reached out to after we checked out. They suggested things to do, restaurants to book, and had an lengthy list of vendors they partner with to enhance our experience.

El Cid was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We setup with 12 guys for a birthday and booked an on-site chef and bartender. Jessica and Jennifer made sure we had everything we needed and were in touch every step of the way, and I definitely want to return.

The pictures don't do it justice. Having that pool with the dramatic mountain and palm trees in the background was just breathtaking. On top of that, parking was a breeze, and the property is a 10-15 minute walk from several bars and restaurants downtown.
