Well first I must tell any gay male should check out Indulge at least once. Like me you will fall in love with the staff here. This was my first time ever coming to a male resort clothing optional before. So I'm nervous, anxious and didn't know what to expect. From the time my friend and I entered the lobby I felt safe, warm, cozy and around family. I've never in my life have ever encountered a staff that was happy, genuine, encouraging to name a few. I can at times be a little needy lol. Whatever I needed they would accommodate time and time again. Their resort is plush with greenery, art sculpture, a beautiful cleaned pool and Jacuzzi every morning. I can truly say every person I spoke with, encountered said hello to were all very engaging, polite and joyous. What turned out to be a 4 day vacation for me turned into 3 weeks. I swear I didn't want to go. The rooms are spacious, clean modern yet with a pinch of retro Palm Springs. At night time was my favorite. Would sit in my chair on my front porch and daze off into the sky to think, dream and just to thank God for how lucky I am.Lastly times that I wasn't feeling to well or hungover. Staff was on it checking in constantly to make sure I was on the mend. Want to give a special special shout out to Thom, Danny. Danny your truly one of a kind in a special way. Indulge is lucky to have you in the family. Words cannot begin to express my thanks, gratitude and thank you, thank you. You gave me hope, encouragement, advice, support that meant a lot to me. Thom is the most infectious loving kind person with a beautiful spirit to to boot. He will give the shirt off his back if you asked him too. His sole job i swear is to make everyone on property smile and laugh. Hands down the best ran gay mens resort in the desert area. Trust me. Your missing out if you don't try this experience at least one. lastly thanks to the cleaning crew thank you for all that you...
Read moreI was out one month when I reserved my room. It was as a present to me, and I wanted to pamper myself. |I was there ten days, and the stay was beyond all expectations. The staff? Perfect! The room? Perfect. |Being newly out, I was nervous. But the other guests were absolutely wonderful, and I felt right at home right away. |The ads showed super sexy male models, but the actual guests were a spectrum of gay men. Couples, singles, old, young, and from many interesting places.|The nightlife in Palm Springs was amazing. I had a blast with men who were so sweet and supportive I needn't have been nervous at all. |INNdulge has some nice routines. Breakfast, included, starts at 7:30. The coffee and pastries, my faves, were really lovely. At 5:30 in the evening, there is cocktail hour, also included, where I had drinks and socialized with other men. |The pool and the hot tub are both at the perfect temperatures! They must have spent some time dialing those in. While in each, I kept thinking how perfect the temperature was. Did around 2 hours each evening switching between the hot tub and the nice warm pool. Got some swimming in.|Got picked up out front one day by a driver I hired, and was taken to Joshua Tree National Park, which is not far away. It was a mindblowingly magical experience. Hiked miles in one of the most unbelievably beautiful places on this earth, and I've been to many of them|Got an in-room back massage by a professional who was recommended by a manager of INNdulge. After thirty years of pain, those knots under my shouldblades are gone! |Everything was perfect. The perfect resort for gay men, run by the perfect people, in the perfect location.|Palm Springs... daytime temps IN MID-DECEMBER? Upper 70s, lower 80s, in Fahrenheit. That would be way too hot in Celcius. |I didn't want to leave. Like I said, everything...
Read moreINNdulge, while a nice resort lacks on its attention to details and making themselves stand out. We stayed there for 5 days. The grounds were nice and clean. They had older lounge chairs but provided nice, fluffy towels to put over them. There was barely any shade. The pool umbrellas did not tilt in order to help get out of the harsh sun. The pool started out nice and cool but by day 4 it was getting to feel like warm bath water. The suite room was spacious but was setup for 2 people (2 cups, 2 plates, 2 coffee cups, etc) and the furniture was comfy but showed its age. Housekeeping was very basic - making the bed (not changing line ), changing towels (only if left on the floor), vacuuming and emptying trash (only when full). They charge extra for a rollaway bed that’s has NO SUPPORT and had to be setup in living room. The sofa was more comfortable than the rollaway bed. They provided a basic continental breakfast of coffee, juice, breads, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit bowls (which was mushy). The meat and cheese option was nice but looked like a processed meat full of preservatives. The staff were mixed - some were very nice and tried to make it a nice experience while others appeared to there for a paycheck. They had a evening “cocktail” hour where it was BYOB and they provided mixers (understandably bc of liquor license, etc, but a nice way to socialize with the other guests. They also provided hamburgers and hotdogs for the July 4th holiday which was a great addition. Overall I give them a 4 star rating bc of the lack of attention to details and customer experience from staff. These are the things that I like when paying to stay at a guest...
