Everything was going well but I ordered a burger medium and got red rare. So I told them and while I was watching the guy on the grill(had headphones and glasses short guy)tried to cook the burger still with the cheese on the patty . When I got the burger back the buns were falling apart and the whole burger was a mess fries got cold. Crazy part burger was still rare. See pic the second time I got it. I've work for the restaurant industry for 25 yrs. I would have taken the cheese off and cook the burger the right temp and would have given a new set up( lettuce tom bun etc). Sadly I got this. Won't be going here anymore good luck folks.

A hidden gem 💎 Literally tucked off in the corner of King's Bay Plaza serving up a limited, yet extremely tasty, menu. I went for the Mushroom Swiss Burger. They definitely aren't stingy with the cheese which covers a hearty layer of deliciously grilled mushrooms + onions. A classic dish done right! I upgraded from chips to fries that did not disappoint. They are freshly thin cut in-house daily from actual potatoes, and you can tell by the authentic natural flavor.

This place is the original Hole in the Wall and it has a ton of character. I got 10 Hot BBQ and they were delicious. Sam is by far the best bartender around. I love the chain Hole in the Wall, they have great food and great drink & food specials! I love coming here, especially for their taco Tuesdays. The only reason that I am not giving this particular location 5 stars is because of the size and the lack of service. I went to this location this past Tuesday, but there was ZERO seating area. Myself and a couple of my friends were standing by the door and walked in several times and not one person ever greeted us or offered to help us. We didn’t find anyone to give us a wait time, so after about 10 minutes of waiting, we just left. We drove less than a mile away and had dinner and drinks at Miller Ale House. My experience here was not a great one, which is a shame since i really love this...

Had lunch there with my two buddy's and the Philly Steak with hot and barbecue wings were outstanding. Wings were crispy on the outside and meaty with being done perfectly on the inside. Steak sandwich was huge packed full of nice tender meat and all the fixings. Service was fast and the waitress/barmaid was very good and mighty sporty looking I may add. I don't always comment on places like this, but they deserve kudos. Difficult place to find with even a gps, hence the name? I've been here for two weeks from Rhode Island and have eaten in a lot of restaurants so far and this is one of those places to remember to...
