Person over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable confirming the price and logistics, which were reasonable. Finally they said just come in a few days prior to reserve. Show up a few days prior and it felt like I was talking to a whole different Company. I was given new prices and logistics. When I told them I spoke to someone, and was told something totally different, I was given the 3rd degree “When did you call? Who did you speak to? as if I was making the whole thing up. Finally I realised I would be taking a risk to reserve something, knowing how fast things changed when I arrived to reserve. COVID Insanity: I go to Pitman on a Saturday morning. Not one customer in the store. Completely empty. I walk in...no greeting from the two staff members...40 feet apart standing behind the counter...not a "can I help you find something?". I did get "we have hand sanitizer over there". I said "I just washed my hands...thank you". Note: I just showered and went straight to the store. The employee said "you have to use the santizer". Seriously? I have to use their hand sanitizer in order to shop their store. I have to put an unknown chemical on my hands that you provide to look around your store? So I left and went to BestBuy.
