Disappointing Experience with Raw Chicken at Chick-fil-A
⭐☆☆☆☆
I recently visited Chick-fil-A, eager to enjoy their famous chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious issue: I encountered raw chicken in my meal.
Atmosphere: Chick-fil-A is known for its inviting atmosphere, clean dining areas, and friendly staff. The location I visited was no exception, with a vibrant vibe that had me excited for my meal.
Service: The staff was courteous and efficient. I had no issues while placing my order or receiving my food, which added to my high hopes for the meal.
Food Presentation: When my meal arrived, it looked appetizing—a perfectly golden-brown sandwich on a toasted bun. I couldn't wait to dig in!
The Disappointment: However, upon taking my first bite, I immediately noticed something was off. The chicken was raw inside—pink and undercooked. This was incredibly concerning, especially given the reputation Chick-fil-A has for food safety.
Response to the Issue: I promptly alerted the staff, and they were apologetic and quick to address the situation. They offered to replace my meal and provided a refund, which I appreciated. However, the experience left a sour taste and raised questions about food safety standards.
Final Thoughts: It's disheartening to encounter a problem like this at a place known for quality and service. While I appreciate the staff's response, raw chicken is a serious issue that should never happen. I hope this was an isolated incident, but I encourage others to be cautious when dining there.
In summary, my visit to Chick-fil-A was disappointing due to the raw chicken issue, overshadowing the otherwise pleasant atmosphere and service. I recommend that diners ensure their food is cooked properly before...

Read moreFor context, I have been a Chick-fil-A faithful for 15+ years. As prior military personnel, I have visited nearly 60 CFAs in that time and loved every meal! I’m a huge fan. However, this is easily the worst Chick-fil-A based on 3 things: Slow service; poor food; lack of attention-to-detail.
On multiple occasions this CFA has given me a Large fry filled halfway to the top. Last night they put my CFA sauces IN the fry box with the fries which yielded a whole 7 fries or so to eat. They also charge for a cup of tap water with ice. This proves to me that management is either cutting corners to save money or just unable to provide a service that is on par with most CFAs in the nation due to their questionable business practices.
If the latter of the two is true, they should close this location down or change management ASAP. It’s honestly giving CFA a bad reputation.
The young people that work here are polite and professional, it just seems that...
