Family owned with attention to service and presentation. Relaxing, quiet ambience. Fresh, quality food. Could have been a little spicy but no complaints. Grabbed an early dinner, I was the lone diner. Proprietor kept me company and we had a pleasant conversation. Looking forward to visiting again on a future trip.

Update from return visits in April 2019:

I want to drop the rating one star due to poor service and rude treatment by one of the owner’s. But I am resisting the temptation and providing objective feedback. I didn’t catch his name but it is not the other co-owner named Jehanzeb, who provided great service upon my previous visit. See comments above.

Visited twice for dinner this trip and explored the menu further. Papdi chaat is VERY GOOD! Tried a couple of different burgers on the menu also. However, on both recent visits there were problems in what was served.

1st: Ordered the combo with boneless chicken 65 and was served bone-in chicken tandoori instead. Chris, our server, was quick to apologize and correct. It took several minutes to get the correct food as they were busy but we enjoyed the dinner and service. I noticed one of the owners take an interest in the mixup. Unfortunately his interest was driven by scolding Chris for the mistake instead of improving the process and customer experience. I recall making a comment to Chris about ignoring the criticism from his boss and tipped handsomely.

2nd: On this visit, the co-owner who scolded Chris previously, decided to serve our table. I inquired about the chicken burger. I wanted to know the exact additions on the burger as the information on the menu was vague. He verbally listed the ingredients and I ordered the chicken burger. When it arrived w/cheese, I was surprised as that was not communicated. I pointed this out and was rudely told this was communicated to me. I politely disagreed and then was told, well the menu says it’s served with cheese. I said I don’t recall seeing cheese on the menu and more importantly you never mentioned cheese when we spoke about this before I ordered. Unfortunately this conversation went longer than necessary and eventually he relented and re-did my order. But the frustration and attitude were not necessary. It was poor customer service and lack of emotional intelligence on his part. You don’t treat customers like this.

By the time I got my food my wife had mostly finished her entree as her food was going from hot to warm. Overall this was not a good experience. While all this was happening I wished we had Chris servicing our table instead of the owner. There was only one other customer so Chris could have easily serviced two tables. In hindsight I suspect the co-owner was still upset with him for messing up our order the last time, yet the co-owner messed up this time. The irony was not lost upon me.

Since I take pride in doing the right thing and learning from my mistakes, I decided to review the menu so if I truly did overlook the information on the menu then I owe them an apology.

I checker the menu - there is no mention of cheese. None at all. Yet the owner repeatedly told me earlier that I should know this burger is served with cheese because it is listed on the menu. When I showed him the menu so he is informed, he shrugged and said, “Don’t worry about it.” Completely dismissive! He did not care to be informed. Wow! He then handed off our table to Chris.

Like I said, this was horrible treatment by an owner who could not be open to the possibility that he may have made a mistake or miscommunicated. In his mind he believed he informed me of the cheese and in his mind he believed this was also listed on the menu.

At the end of the meal I still left a small tip because tips are shared with all staff members. As we were leaving, Chris thanked us for our patronage and apologized for the owner’s behavior. The owner unfortunately never bothered to acknowledge his mistake nor apologize for the poor treatment or attitude. Nor did he communicate with us...

Visited this place during 8/1/15 - 8/2/15

I just hope the owner reads this and learn a lesson or two.

Here are some negative points.

Bad BAD customer service Quality is not maintianed Drinks are supposedly self service No plates offered No Sauce offered No Utensils offered and SO much more!

LEARN THIS !

Welcome your guests with a freaking SMILE! Before the food arrives - Serve plates and utensils Keep smiling if customer is re ordering even if its near closing hours. YOU ARE SUPPOSE to serve them until you close ! OTHERWISE PUT A NOTICE. wash your dishes properly! IF A CUSTOMER WANTS TO SPLIT THE PAYMENT BETWEEN CC and CASH, ACCEPT IT! we are in 2015 not 1915 !

This is going to be a LONG review to please bare with me if you care or else dont!

Here's a little background - I visited this place with my friends back in April. As we were exhausted, I didn't really pay attention to the details. Food was great (especially BEHARI Kabab) loved it.

Now to the recent experience.

Went to Vegas from LA with my buddies. The entire time I kept bragging about this place to my friends and how this place has most amazing behari kababs ever.

Yelp states that they close at 11 Pm. - I called them at 10:05 and spoke to a nice gentleman who said yes we are open till 11 pm. I repeatedly asked him if they could serve us Behari kebabs in specific. He obliged and said YES (REPEATEDLY). We left our hotel and while on the way, I called again just to make sure. He then again said YES (REPEATEDLY). I was well satisfied and was looking forward to it.

10:30 - We got seated. The host gave us 4 Menus and said "we can only serve chicken biryani, chicken karahi, and any of the burgers" My reply: I just spoke to someone and asked specifically about the behari kababs. Host: NO My reply: I called twice! Host: Let me check he goes back in the kitchen and checks for god knows what Host: Ok yes, if you had ordered us then we coould have made it but sorry we cant now. My reply: What are you talking about ? I just spoke to him 10 mins ago How can he not make it now? Host: Yea he cant.

I was so frustrated at his blunt and not to courteous responses. I was about to stand up and leave.

Somehow he put aside his ego and said "ok we will serve you 1 plate of behari kabab' 1 PLATE? LIKE I dont get it. but anyhow. I said ok and we ordered rest of the food from that 'restricted menu'

ONLY reason this place gets a star from me is because of their taste. YES it tastes GOOD! No doubt about it. It is overpriced by a huge margin but arent they all?

Next day - I decided to give them another try. This time, we went for Lunch. around 3 Pm.

This experience was going to be rather worse, I would have not imagined it.

I called in advance again and asked specifically about the behari kabab. Host "yes its available" Me "Can I place an order ? I'll be there in 15 mins" Host: "yes absolutely" I ordered my food and got there in 20 mins.

Host "Yes your order is being made and should be out very soon" Me "Thank YOU!" I was quite excited !

My order arrived 45 minutes AFTER I was seated. So 45 minutes plus the 30 mins advance notice I gave them. ARE YOU SERIOUS? They seriously tested our patience. FOOD WAS HORRIBLE - OVERCOOKED.

Most terrible experience...

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience

I recently visited kabob corner with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall ambiance was lackluster, with dim lighting that felt more gloomy than cozy.

Upon being seated, the service was slow and inattentive. It took an unnecessarily long time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it did, the presentation was subpar, and it was evident that little care was put into the preparation.

The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but the quality of the food did not match the descriptions. The flavors were bland, and some dishes were overly salty. It was evident that the kitchen lacked attention to detail and culinary finesse.

To make matters worse, the prices did not align with the disappointing quality of the meals. The value for money was sorely lacking, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and regretful of my choice to dine here.

In addition, the restroom facilities were not well-maintained, further contributing to the overall impression of neglect and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience at kabob corner was far from enjoyable, and I would caution others to reconsider before dining at this...

Found this gem of a place on a recent trip to LV. This place is a short ride away from the strip but offers an extensive menu. The place is well kept and the staff are excellent. As with most “desi” places I have come to expect that they can only get one thing right. Either the food or the level of service. This place is the exception as they excel at both. The food was very tasty and fresh. We ordered multiple dishes and each one was well prepared and presented. The naan bread was amazing as well. The staff here is on point. They frequently check in to see if everything is ok. We pointed out that our teas had gotten cold while waiting for our food and our server promptly got us hot cups of tea The prices are very reasonable as well We will definitely be frequenting this place on any future trips to the area. However I would recommend the owners to update their hours on google as it states a opening time of 11am but when we arrived at 11:30 the place was still not open. Also would recommend them to post hours on the door and invest in a open/closed sign

This spot is an open book. Straight forward atmosphere, service, and food. No frills, keep the price affordable, and quality options. Nothing more. I went twice this past week. Was offered free bottled water at each visit while I waited. First visit I got the $9.99 lamb gyro with fries and a can of soda. Extremely good value and the food was all really tasty! The gyro was absolutely fantastic to be honest. Second visit I got the chicken Tikka masala with naan. Extremely fresh (I waited over 20 minutes for them to prepare) hot naan and a zesty masala sauce that was a delight to my tastebuds! They even threw in a big serving of white rice with the $9.99 meal! Fine dining? No. But that isn't what they sell. They sell good homemade food for a price the guests can feel happy about. In this day, I appreciate getting my money's worth... and knowing it will taste great for a casual meal!
