I bought a bed from Graham at this store. It took me hours of lying on one bed after another, going back and forth and even taking more than 1 day to choose. Throughout, he was patient beyond expectation, very knowledgeable about each bed, could tell me the differences and similarities between any 2 beds, and was clearly into making sure I chose what was right for me without trying to persuade me in any one direction. The very best customer service, and this comes from someone who makes my living as a mfgrs.’ rep. Mancini’s is lucky to have him. Steve works there, too, and while I didn’t spend the time with him that I spent with Graham, when I was in the store again I noticed how good he was with potential customers, too. I recently purchased a Aireloom mattress from Mancini's Sleep World in Petaluma, CA. Despite the significant investment of nearly $2500, I've been extremely dissatisfied with the product. The Item was on sale and at the time, I felt it was gonna be a good deal to buy a good quality mattress for a fair price. Big mistake!! The mattress feels more like a wooden board than a comfortable sleep surface. It lacks any noticeable cushioning or support, making it incredibly uncomfortable. I've experienced significant back pain and disrupted sleep since using this mattress. To make matters worse, Mancini's Sleep World has an unfair return policy that makes it difficult to rectify the situation. As a consumer, I feel taken advantage of and disappointed with the lack of customer satisfaction. I was helped by Graham, who is the store manager. Ended up signing me up for a credit card & misleading me on the finance option. I was super surprised when it showed up in the mail, as I had specifically asked if the financing was a credit card. Clearly great in sales as I didn't look through the paperwork, just trusted him on his word. Called back frustrated and talked to someone named Omar, and he couldn't even explain what the card was.
