I don’t normally post reviews so let me give it my best shot. For the price and location as well as the short notice, our stay here was pretty good. Of course, there were things that could be improved. For example, at check-in while the receptionist was extremely nice and personable, she directed our attention to to signs posted on the plexiglass for us to read regarding specifically hotel rules, room service, maintenance, etc. Due to short staffing, There was no room service/maid service so if any additional requirements were needed, we would need to go to the office to get those - Like clean towels, and toilet paper, etc. The room itself was again decent for the price. The bathroom definitely has some cracks in the tile and the door looked like it had been put through the wringer. The water pressure was decent However, the temperature of the water ran cool. That wasn’t a huge issue because it was so hot outside so so we didn’t really concern ourselves with that. If you’re going to stay here, I would suggest bringing extra pillows and your own blankets. And be prepared for the rooms not to be five star. Will probably stay here again because the price definitely was worth it. I might even suggest bringing some type of a mattress topper because the mattress was definitely more firm than we would have liked. There’s no staff on site until 11 AM so check out was just sliding our key into a locked box outside of the office. The room itself was overall clean at check-in. There were no bugs noticeable, which is one thing I’m always looking for. The price, the location, and the short notice all make it worth it.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!! I give them 1 star for the phone talk to lock you in once you get there the up sale begins and the many hidden fees such as per pet, the site said pets welcome but doesn't say for a fee or per fee, the office looks good but don't be fooled the rooms looks nothing like it, our room was a nightmare, I will list; 1)mattress seems needs replacing the wire going around the mattress is hard on the legs.2) the lights are unplugged, the clock is unplugged. 3) the refrigerator the freezer door is off and nothing thicker that a pack of bologna fits in it, the knob on the temp control for the fridge is gone/missing. 4) dust filth in the window seal it's obvious it doesn't get cleaned from the trash on It. 5) the toilet paper shoved in a hole to help keep the shower rod in the wall. 5) some kind of compartment door loose like it's falling over the tub. 6) trash beside the bed. 7) the dresser is falling apart. 8) the phone book is ripped. 9) the non slip strips in the tub are better suited for sliding they are wore out long ago.10) the shower spigot has to be a left over from the 1970's and is corroded. 11) note to self ALWAYS CHECK THE BATHROOM FIRST !!!!!! 12) The toilet paper rapping is shredded in the floor. 13) the toilet is nasty and used not only did it not get cleaned it was never flushed. 14) the dang toilet seat is not even attached to the commode. 15) office staff is gone at 1130 but the bleach we brought can clean some and when they opened the next morning and informed of the nightmare all was offered is ok have a good day. UNBELIEVABLE BAD PLACE TO STAY !!!!!

The front desk personnel were nice. Allowing pets was great. The location is good. It is located next to a go cart track so you do hear noise up to about 10pm. It’s a no smoking room hotel but people sat outside rooms and smoked. The pool was adequate and my niece enjoyed swimming there. The garbage cans though were overflowing onto pool deck. No elevator but there is a ramp as well as stairs to access upper floors. We stayed on 2nd floor near pool. The room was musty and carpet extremely dirty. My mom was shocked by how black her feet got walking to the shower. There were stains on walls and ceiling. Not to mention the mattress. Sheets seemed cleaned but I couldn’t bring myself to sleep between sheets. My brothers’s room 2 doors down wasn’t as bad except his a/c didn’t work properly. We didn’t have enough towels or wash rags. The wifi was sketchy but there were plenty of tv channels though. There was no additional security latches on the door and no do not disturb door hanger. Parking available. Good value but I’d rather pay more for a cleaner, quieter place.

Don't let the cheap rates entice you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We stayed here for 2 nights and were trying to save some money, but I wouldn't do it again. Its not worth the harassment from the employees or the constant go cart track noise next door. We heard "SLOW DOWN" at least 100 times. The room was OK but very outdated. There was water damage in the bathroom which made the ceiling look like it was caving in and the shower took the strength of 3 grown men to pull out the handle and turn on. The worst part of the stay was the morning we were leaving. Checkout is at 11am and I was in the shower at 10:20am. My fiance was getting pur things packed. At 10:30am, someone starts police beating on our door. Im freaking out because I'm naked in the shower and don't want anyone to come in. My fiance yells, "We are in here". The beating stops. However, 3 minutes later, the banging (not knocking) on the door starts again. It sounded like they were about to knock the door in. My fiance opens the door and the man/owner said he just wanted to make sure we are leaving at 11am. My fiance says yes, we are in the process of leaving. I get out of the shower and my fiance hops in for a quick 5 minute rinse. This is at 10:40am now. Im getting our remaining items packed, and the fire alarm goes off in our room from the shower steam (poor bathroom ventilation). I open the hotel door and start fanning the fire alarm. The man from before runs into our room and asks what is going on. I told him that I can't get the fire alarm to stop and that the shower steam is causing it. He takes it off the wall to try to get it to stop. He then asks me "Are you cooking in here?" I say NO. The shower caused it. He then puts the alarm on the table and says he will fix it later. Before he leaves our room, he asks me "Are you almost ready to leave?" I look at him bewildered and ask "Is checkout at 11am?". He says, Yes. I then say to him," Yes, we are checking out at 11am". At this point I'm furious. I have never been harassed to leave a hotel BEFORE the check out time. It was absolutely ridiculous. We left at 10:55am and went to the office to drop off the key and complain. The front desk office was closed (how convenient) so we couldn't even ask for some off our bill. I will pay extra next time to stay somewhere where you are respected as a guest. Stay away if you know what's...

We are currently packing our stuff to leave the green Valley motel. We checked in earlier this week because our house burned down and we need somewhere to go with our 19 month old son $37 a night. Seems like a pretty good deal just to have somewhere to lay our hands. But after the first two nights, the owner saw our room and said we had too much stuff we didn’t have anywhere else to put it. We had to put it there so it didn’t get stolen. It was everything we could salvage from the house and he wanted us out that day. The nice lady at the front desk was able to talk to him and convince him to let us stay another two nights. I don’t know where we’re going to go next because he is hell-bent on getting us out of here. We paid ahead of time we let him take the deposit we even borrowed a broom from the front desk so we could clean up the room and whoever services them later would have less to do. He is not a very understanding man I would’ve gladly paid for another night or two but at this point, I would rather sit on the side of the road and have someone beating the door down waking up my son and telling us we have to be out by 11. We’ll be out. We might be on the side of the road, but by God will be out of there. On top of it all the car broke down yesterday so I had to take an Uber to pick up the truck And I’m pulling back in now hoping that my husband has managed to get everything packed up after catching a couple hours sleep, he was up all night trying to get everything packed so we could be out and not have to deal with this man hanging around and ringing his hands until we get on the road. I would’ve given him a great review. It’s a cheap motel so you get what you Pay for, but the ladies at the front desk are very nice. It was clean. It was somewhere to lay down with a refrigerator for milk and a shower, but it hasn’t been worth the hassle of this man who shouldn’t have even been in our room because it was paid for, but decided that we had too much stuff in his hotel. Good luck to him that’s...

Avoid this place. I had stayed here many times in the past and never had any issues. Apparently new owners have taken over the property and it has gone downhill fast. I would not recommend this place to anyone. From the time I checked in it was disastrous. One of the rooms that we booked was suppose to be a king room but apparently they couldn’t provide us with that room due to a water leak. So that was fine we settled for a double room no big deal. From the time I get in to my room my phone started ringing and apparently they were having issues with billing and said that my room had been canceled and they needed my card again (the money had already gone out of my account for the room ). I was NOT giving them my card again. Room was not clean. Went to take a shower and the shower curtain rod literally was not attached to the wall it came down and hit me in the head (metal rod) and I thought I was going to have to make a trip to the emergency room. I had also brought a cooler with pop and snacks and had loaded it to the refrigerator and sat the cooler down beside of the sink and when I picked it up to move it after sitting there overnight it was full of roaches. The walkways are falling to pieces be careful walking across them . They room were working on one of the rooms directly under one of our rooms and it was constant banging . I was woke up at 3 am by some type of loud banging (construction on the hotel behind this one). After one day the front desk has called my cell phone at least five different times and we couldn’t even enjoy being on vacation. If I could give a negative score to this place I would. The ONLY positive about this place was the nice lady that worked evenings at front desk. I hope she leaves this disastrous place and she is way to nice to work for these new douchebag...
