Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in tonight with my family. My kids picked out so many goodies from the store and i paid, then looked at the receipt because the total seemed high to me and noticed one item was $15. My husband immediately turned back around and asked to return it because that it outrageous for candy! (And there was no price tag on the item or the shelf it came from) the guy at the registered refused to do the return even though it was literally within a minute of purchasing. So we asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the manager. We questioned why it couldnāt be returned even though we hadnāt left the store with it and he said he would call his manager over. Great. (Even though he claimed he was the manager) and while we were waiting for the manager to come the guy continues to speak to my husband in a disrespectful way about how he wonāt return it and said things like āi donāt care, Iāve had a long dayā and kept repeating how he didnāt care and that he thought it was funny we bought it for $15 and we wouldnāt get our money back and laughed in our faces. When the manager came in, my husband was explaining the situation and the guy kept interrupting him and my husband said āok stop, Iām talking to her nowā and the manager then proceeds to scold my husband and not her employee for the way heās speaking to paying customers. the manager did end up refunding us for the one item and for that i am thankful. But the customer service is absolutely horrific and we will never go back. Do...

The big golf ball there were no explanation and could not really read it during the day, especially if you are a short person. Someones kids that was NOT in my group was beating up the golf ball stand at #2 (I think) bc he could not see anything it said during the day. They seemed even though they were trying to follow the cute instructions for each player that changed up at each hole did not keep their stimulation up enough to get through the course. We waited mostly because the parents would have to stop and catch their kids to get them to finish. Waiting is to be expected especially with a larger family ahead of you, it was the way they were getting bored easily to quick.
Which I understood that part, I was losing focus and feeling like it was not fun enough for me to stay into the game. I know it's not Toy Box fault with the parents and kids. But I also thought it would be a more excitement because it looks so cool. Glad I did it but probably won't go back for a...
