We are here now and not happywith this place. We came here with 3 brothers to spend time together because they are on visitation and are separated for weeks at a time so their time together is valuable. They took our money and sent us on our way without mentioning height restrictions. Our smallest one is 4 years old and we now know is 41 inches tall and apparently one inch shorter than what's requires to play in most areas of this place. No staff member here had measured him. So our smallest one can not play with his big brothers. We signed a waiver, which is required before you can play to come in here and them regulate where my kid can jump. Also, we have their great grand mother here with us, who uses a cane and we asked if we could use a chair that here to let her air in bc there is no place to sit other than the massage chairs that of course are to make money. We were told no it was a safety issue but there's no place for her to sit. They have these measuring sticks you can trip over which I think j they need to sue tomeasure a couple of these kids they've let in. Also once we finally figured out how to please the kids after the disappointment, we got asked to leave the place they were playing so they could close down for about 13 minutes so the workers could switch stations. We paid for an hour and half in which should ve available to the kids for that time. The workers seem to have no care at all. These things should've been clear before they took our money. It's not busy and I know we spent all east 20 minutes doing the waiver we signed excluding this place with all responsibilities of our kids to come in here and play where they want to tell me where he can ans can't play. Our taller one was ran out of one of the ones for smaller kids by one worker and then when we questioned another worker was told as long as his chin didn't exceed the mark he could be in it. It seems if the workers in here don't even know the rules . What a disappointment. We have so many options of entertainment and could have had a much better time anywhere else. I would recommend some training for this place. Maybe that's why they're not busy on one of the busiest weekends of the year. My boys would've had a better time at home on their trampoline. We cometo this are several rime s a year and we...

This is definitely one of the worst experiences at any trampoline park I have ever had. I brought my 2 year old toddler considering we have a just jump back home and she really enjoys it. However when we got here we were told she was only aloud in the toddler area and on the mat, the toddler area is only big enough for approximately 8 children tops. About 10 minutes into our time a family of 10 came in and had all toddlers with them as well, so the toddler area got very packed very fast with limited space for the children and parents, so we moved to the mats. The worker that was there first was very nice and let us play and jump. The second guy that came over was extremely rude and even told us we weren’t aloud to play on the mats because she was to small, even though we had already been playing there for 30+ minutes and even got told when we came in that she was aloud in that area. After we got kicked off the mats we went to the rock climbing area where we were also told she could play at, before you go in the area there is a giant sign that says you need close toed shoes, as I was putting my toddlers shoes on the guy in the room said we were not aloud to have shoes and had to take them and put them back up, the rocks really hurt my daughters feet to the point she didn’t even want to climb anymore. He was also extremely rude and very unprofessional. My husband tried to do the ninja course and got told that it was closed do to not having enough staff, but there were at least 10 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking. Overall the whole place really just sucked and is very overpriced for the limited amount of things you’re able to do. 10/10 do not recommend going here and wasting your...

The employees here are a joke. Not one adult was present when we went. They didn’t even have enough to have all the sections open and when I finally complained they opened it. One walked around threatening my kids to be kicked out bc they were jumping on the basketball pit together. That’s it. Apparently only one is allowed. He lied and said he had already told them and he didn’t. He had only asked my kid to take his hat off. We apologized anyways made sure they didn’t and noticed that after that all the employees there were treating our kids like criminals. Everywhere they went they followed them around and only watched them as I saw many others break the same rules ours was warned for. I reported the behavior to another employee who told me he would take care of it. Then some Dad came in and tried to start a fight with me bc his kid lost to ours in a dodgeball game and was crying about it and they literally kicked us out for “causing too many problems”. I tried to explain to them that I was just standing there when I was threatened and was told to shut up and get out. They didn’t even ask the guy who made the threats to leave. I’m just blown away by the lack of maturity and professionalism. I’ll be conducting a chargeback and negative review everywhere I can find one unless it’s made right. It’s not the owners fault but you have to employee better people. You cant have a bunch of cocky, immature kids running a place without an adult present. This one employee who has a short fuse and bad attitude and mouth is a liability to the store and will end up hurt if he does this stuff to the...

We went to take our 1 year old to play for an hour and he had a blast at the toddler zone. There's a foam pit, giant lego blocks, small trampoline area, basketball hoop, and slides. There's plenty here for your kid to run around and run off some energy and wear them out. The remainder of the park looked very fun for the whole family and we can't wait til our child is older and we can all enjoy the whole park together. I highly recommend this experience for your family. I do have a couple gripes that I'd hope they would address: The initial process just to get to the play area took over 30 minutes of waiting and could have easily been upwards of an hour. You have to fill out a waiver which is expected and understandable. Then there is only one person working the front to take payment for entry, and it can take upwards of at least 5 minutes per party to check out. We waited about 20 minutes in line and we were about 5th in line. When we checked out there were easily 10+ parties in line so we definitely felt bad for them. Then you have to wait until the nearest quarter hour (12:15, 12:30, 12:45, etc.) for a safety video to play (which was 95% irrelevant to us as we weren't climbing or jumping). It shouldn't have been this hard to get my toddler to the slides and foam pit in my opinion. The price shows $9.99 for 1 hour, but our total was $14.50. Not enough to knock off any points and that was still a more than fair price, but there's definitely hidden fees or something that could add up if you had several toddler zone players. They just need to update prices on the screen at the front.
