Bella Hijabs — Local services in Plainfield

Very disappointing experience shopping from Bella Hijabs online. I was a long time customer but now I will NEVER order from them again. I had an order which I paid full price for and wanted to return because I did not like the color of the chiffon hijabs and I contacted them via email to discuss the return. I got a reply after 2 days stating that I could send the return back to their address and I would receive a refund back to my but they would not provide a shipping label so I said fine. It is crazy to me that they still do not provide their customers return shipping labels The next day I sent back my return and it reaches them after 2 days. I then got an email a couple of days later stating they will not refund me for the return of the chiffon hijabs which I paid $48 for!!! I emailed back and showed them the thread of emails between me and customer service stating that I could return the hijabs for a refund. I asked if they could simply refund my shipping costs after they already kept the hijabs I paid full price for. After that simply never got a response back after email 2-3 more time. DO NOT waste your money here there are much better hijab companies like Haute Hijab and culture hijab which don’t steal your money! Horrible experience. Do not shop here if you don’t want...

Don’t get me started on these ninja scarves—these are the best ever. They last a lot longer than others—if you take care of them. First off, the tag on the scarves actually tells you to avoid “tumble dry,” which is less harsh than the regular dry setting. Listen to the tag. Don’t put them in the dryer, let them air dry. Putting them in the dryer has been the kryptonite to these and it sucks, other ninja scarves, even the ones off of eBay, aren’t so sensitive to the dryer. I personally like to machine wash mine and let them air dry, but I’ve accidentally dried 2/3 in the dryer and they’re loose, and have lost their shape. Still, I plan to purchase more from them and be extra careful to not put them...

I rarely write reviews, but I have to show support and love to such an inclusive and affordable brand. The majority of my hijabs are from Bella Hijabs, and they have been the most durable, affordable, and beautiful scarves I’ve ever owned. We tend to think that expensive brands mean “better quality”. Nope. Not at all true. I still have hijabs from 2015 that I’ve purchased from Bella Hijabs, and they look great! Beautiful, long lasting hijabs at an affordable price?...
