Taco Bell — Restaurant in Plainfield

This TB regularly gets my orders wrong. I only ever order using the app so I know my order is presented correctly in black and white. No chance of a cashier misunderstanding my order and punching it in wrong. And even when I order the simplest of menu items, i.e. Cheesy Bean and Rice burrito for $1, they just slap little gobs of the ingredients in there and roll it up. Burritos are supposed to be layered! Instead of enjoying the delicious flavors together in every bite you get one bite of dry cheese, one bite of plain rice, one bite of bland refried beans, and one bite of nacho cheese that squirts out the back of the burrito. Tonight was the last straw. I've been screwed over by this TB too many times. They changed their hours out of nowhere. They've always been open until 3am but now they're closing at midnight. I ordered with the app at 2:30am, and if you've ever ordered with the app you know they charge your card instantly, drove to the TB and they were dark! On the app it says they're open until 3am. As of right now on Google it says they're open until 3am. But, on their drivethru window they have new hours posted saying they close at midnight! Why? I'm a night shift worker and I almost exclusively get TB after midnight. And there is always other cars there with me. In the few minutes I was there tonight two other cars drove up and were just as confused as I was. They want to lose business fine. I'm done. One to five extra minutes of driving gets me to at least three other TB's in the area. They'll get my...

I thought this was the cleanest and safe place to eat at during the Covid-19 issue. They had on gloves, and mask and they did not touch my money or food at all. I put my money inside of a cup they were using to collect the money, they hand me my food on a tray and my drink was inside a muffin pan with the straw affixed to the top of the drink with some sort of sticker. I thought it was really neat and cool how they handled everything.

Me personally believe that many people are getting the Covid-19 through fast food restaurants due to cross contamination of handling your money and food. They collects your money (which is contaminated with probably the Covid-19 from someone else) then they hand you your food with the same hands (with the dirty gloves on) that just collected your money. Now you have brought that food into your car touching the wrapping your food in that the cashier touched all over. Ordered something called a 'taco' from their menu. It was easily the most authentic mexican cuisine I have ever had and I lived in Mexico City for 12 years. Garden fresh lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese and perfectly seasoned ground beef all in a handmade corn tortilla shell. Love to see a 'mom n pop' operation like this thriving in a world of mass produced chains. I just can't say enough great things about this place! Highly trained, caring staff that really takes great pride in not only the preparation of the food but presentation as well. Food looked too good to eat! The cleanliness of this place is unprecendented! I felt compelled to eat my wonderful meal in the bathroom, but felt that may be inappropriate. You could easliy lick the floors it is so clean.
