Wow.......Just got back from the drive thru. Ordered 2 bowls. Only received one of them. The one I did get, had the wrong rice. Took 3 phone calls for someone to actually answer the phone. She says, "Oh, he was supposed to tell you to park and wait for the 2nd bowl. I guess he forgot." Yes, he did. I heard them tell the car ahead of me that they would have to wait 10 minutes to get the Teriyaki Chicken. Since I didn't want to wait, I decided to pick something else when it was my time to order. When I tried to order fried rice they said it would be a 7 minute wait so I said I would take the brown rice, because, again, I didn't want to wait. If they had told me there was a wait on my Honey Walnut Prawns, I would have ordered something else! They want me to drive back there so they can refund my credit card. I am hungry and grumpy because they can't get my order correct and can't figure out how to fix their mistake without making me have to go out of my way to drive back there, wasting my time, energy and gasoline. I have worked retail and owned a store. It is not necessary for me or my card to be physically present. When a card won't read, you punch in the numbers....
Read moreStopped in at around 5:50pm. Got a 2 entree and 1 side plate with chucken egg rolls today... Food looked old like it had been sitting out all day. I was given only 7 pieces of Honey Walnut Shrimp (Not a single walnut), 5 pieces of Sesame Chicken, and the Chow mein noodles were undercooked and greasy as hell, with huge hard stalks of cabbage. The chicken egg rolls were also overcooked and seemed old.
I asked for new food but was ignored. A female employee finally took my plate over by the fast food window and came back with apparently different food. It all looked the same and wasnt even hot.
Restaurants with sub-standard foo and high prices are making it too easy to not go out and spend money on this "junk" food. I could have cooked a better meal and saved money by making a Top Ramen bowl in the microwave.
Very disappointed with this poor customer service and terrible food quality. I'll will be giving a low review on the survey and never come back to this...
Read moreMy family was having a potluck for Christmas. Since I live 2hrs out of town, it was best that I order catering. Panda Express was the nearest place that is opened. I called on Friday and was told to call back on Sunday to place the order. On Christmas Day, I arrived 10min early before my pick-up time. I was told by the cashier that the manager threw away my order the night before and they have not prepared my order. Their manager told them they will retake my order when I arrive in store. The cashier offered 1 free large entree and the wait time would be about 16min. I agreed to wait. About 40min later the cashier came over and asked if I wanted to select a different dish because one of the entrees was going to take another 15min. She also offered another free entree. I understand it's Christmas Day and they're busy. However, this could've been avoided if the manager didn't threw away my order. This is very irresponsible of the manager. I do not plan...
