Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Sacramento

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I never been to a worse fast-food place with the worse service. His name is Sho at the drive thru. We waited in line made our order and when we got to the window he took our payment and handed us cold food. As we exited we felt the food was cold so my wife hopped out and tried to go into the door it was locked she tried second door also locked. So she walked up to dri e up window and told the people at drive thru window excuse me do you mind they said of course not she told Sho our fries are cold and he said no its not . She said feel it and he said it was hot when I gave it to you . CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS ? The people in line told him dude cmon why would they come back then he said I don't care . This continued for about 5 minutes and with 9 cars in line 3 cars loaded all came out and told the guy all you should do is replace the fries he said no ! I have never been to a place that treats people like this. He needs to be in a different line of work . As we left almost every car decided to leave . BEWARE DO...

I made an order online on 2/21/25 through Weinerschnitzel at Advantage Way in Natomas. Upon arrival I'm told that their ice cream machine had been down for 3 days and that I would have to contact someone through the app to get a refund. The app states that if you have a problem with your order to contact the location that you made the order. Do better, Weinerschnitzel!! Do you know how many people that ordered through your app that were unable to get refunds for 3 days?? I found a phone number on my receipt that went straight to voicemail and didn't give a name or any indication that it was even a Weinerschnitzel phone line. Your employees should be able to update the app to reflect that your out of a food item. It would save our time and money. Get with the times! We have too many choices in the food industry to have to deal with this extremely inconvenient issue that has such a simple fix. Figure it...

Stoped by today to get a couple corn dogs. Great service at the window and very friendly workers which helps. I had not gotten a block away and bit into one of the corn dogs to find it was NOT HOT... not even warm. I have NEVER had that before and I was very disappointed. I think the cashier is new but hat does not excuse the food not being hot.. I was u against a time limit so could not turn around. When I go back home, I tried calling in and no one answered the phone. Infact the phone switched over to a fax machine sound after MANY rings. I then tried to call again and you guessed it, it had a busy sound! Seems like there was only two employees there tis afternoon and they were too busy to handle it. My Corn dogs need to be replaced with HOT CORN DOGS! I SAVED...
