Somehow either myself or the app didn't place my order as extra crispy and I simply asked the Manager to correct it by giving me what I wanted and instead he told me he couldn't give me the chicken that I wanted. What ever happened to simple customer service? He started yelling and was clearly bothered. I mean, it's not his chicken! He's not The Colonel 😀 How hard is it to simply change the order.? Same amount of chicken, same price, just the wrong type of chicken. So I tried another approach, attempting to calm him by appealing to his Hispanic culture because I too have a Hispanic background and he accused me of racism and said get out 🤣 Anything and everything but a simple change to extra crispy! Read moreWorst service ever!!! This place was ridiculous. We went thru drive thru and they couldn’t take 2 separate orders from the same vehicle. So we went in and spoke to the manger. We’re on a business trip and we need 2 separate orders for reimbursement purposes and they said they can split the tab. Not fair if someone orders more than the other. Makes no sense to reject money if you want to be a “business”. There was couples waiting in line for 20 min inside, from what they said. And no one ever came to the counter to even ask if they’ve been helped. And to top it off, a lady there was inside waiting for her pot pies, waited 30 min to find out they gave her pot pies to someone else, then said they’d make her more, to find out they ran out! Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. My order was incorrect, and although there was “more food” included, it was not what I ordered. I paid for crispy chicken and was given soggy chicken instead. When I called, an employee told me to come in the next day to have my order corrected.
When I arrived, the manager was extremely unprofessional and chose to argue with me in front of other customers, loudly insisting that I had no right to complain since I got more food than I ordered. This was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. The issue wasn’t about “more food” — it was about receiving the correct order and being treated with basic respect as a customer.
I should not have been told my order would be fixed if the manager wasn’t going to honor that. Very poor customer service, and I left feeling humiliated...
