I had a complete service done on my 2013 Chevy suburban transmission fluid replace oil change and the fuel system clean. After getting my transmission fluid replaced about two weeks later my transmission started slipping never had any issues with it before. Transmission Started overheating and got up to 275°. I then was able to get it home and took it in to get it looked at by someone else and the repair shop notified me that my transmission had 6 quarts overfilled transmission fluid and basically told me that when you take a transmission and put more fluid in it than you’re supposed to it will have issues overheating and causing slipping issues and pretty much will destroy your transmission after seeing him he pulled all the fluid out and replaced it with the correct amount but the transmission was not savable after that point. Which cost me $5000 to get a new transmission installed. That will never happen again this place sells problems in a bottle. The young kids there had little to no knowledge of what there doing. One of the worst oil business in San Angelo, Texas. I thought I would give them a second chance, but never again. The first time I went there they didn’t know how to update my computer, so they asked me to take my car back to the dealership. This time I went to get an oil change and 30 to 45 minutes later after waiting all this time only to be told they didn’t have the oil filter my car uses. But , they did tell me that if I were to drive to the nearest vehicle supply store, purchase one, bring it back to them, then they would change my oil. No, I am not going to do that. It defeats the purpose of why I was there. Then they were going to charge me $90 plus. Waaay too much. I drove to another place down Sherwood Way and had my oil changed for $65. While there a gentleman ask for an air filter and they didn’t have it, he was very upset be caused they “ as he put it wasted his time”. I went for car inspection and oil change. I asked if I could get outside of my car and was told I could. I sat in the car 10 minutes and finally just got out to stretch my legs. I hadn’t closed my door and wasn’t planning to. I wasn’t going to walk anywhere. I was approached and told to get in my car. I was not in a bay and was parked in a line. You really should get together on if you can get out of your car. You were going to inspect my vehicle, so I would have to have gotten out just like the young lady who was getting her car inspected. I noticed none of your employees were wearing a mask and they did not sanitize hands before getting in the vehicle they were inspecting.
