I am rating this place a one star because there was nothing wrong with our buying experience, we purchased with a sales man named Kevin and he was great! On the other hand the delivery process has been a nightmare. I have dealt with a guy named Alex whom works at the store and a Man named Jerry who was supposed to deliver our stuff for the past few days!!!! First of all they canceled the first day they were supposed to deliver. The second day they had me waiting at home for over 7 hours straight because they had to push back a time frame and then come to find out they couldnât deliver to my house because they didnât have insurance on their delivery truck and the military base would not let them inside which is probably illegal. I have never dealt with such unprofessional and inconsiderate employees! Day 3 and I still have not received my furniture and told them my time frame to when I could be home and the guy named Alex said he would âlet me know if they can deliverâ I think any professional employee with costumer service skills would bump up the delivery because of the circumstances. I am just so sad to have moved here not knowing anyone and be left in a house with no sofa with my two children. Moving is rough enough and being promised a delivery next day and not getting it and dealing with extremely unprofessional probably unqualified personnel has just been horrible.    Read moreI ordered a bedframe in the middle of the previous month. I was told the bed would be delivered within two weeks. Delivery day came and the box containing my purchase was missing pieces. The delivery guy took pity on us and called the office staff to get the pieces ordered and ready for another attempted delivery. I was told the office would reach out to us.
No one ever reached out. I had to call them and ask for updates. I was told âyour bed will be delivered on Wednesday and weâll let you know when it arrivesâ. I called on Friday asking for an update. I was told âwe were gonna call you, but we had a lot of invoicesâ. I literally watched them make a note on my file on the computer that I needed to schedule delivery. I had to literally drive down to the store to get any definitive answers.
The day before delivery and no one reached out to me. I called 30 mins before closing and was told âyouâre not on the schedule.â Thankfully the lady at the desk took pity on me and squeezed me in.
Day of second delivery attempt and there were STILL pieces missing from our furniture. The delivery driver called his team and had someone from his team deliver the parts to our home in his own personal car.

   Read moreOk, let me start off by saying that I went to nearly every furniture store in Angelo. One of them, we spent five minutes in and left. We were very discouraged. I was severely upset that my chair gave out after 7 years. I didn't know what to do. I was being very picky about what I wanted. My chair was comfortable and was very sentimental to me. The task of finding a chair was going to be a tough one for any salesman. Kevin saved the day!!! He was very knowledgeable of the items in the store and he knew the prices. He did not seem to be like every other salesman like at the other stores. He spent his time with us. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied in every way. It was like talking to a family member. I wish we had come here first. That would have saved us a lot of grief. People need to realize that this is the number 1 place to get furniture! We will not waste any more time going anywhere else. We will be lifelong customers with this company. The quality and professionalism is by far superior than anyone else. Go talk to Kevin you will not regret it.
