Hobby Lobby — Local services in San Angelo

I want to recognize Maddie for her outstanding customer service today (September 26th around 10:30 AM). I was searching for a plastic manners reward jar, and while other employee gave me possible locations, I still couldn’t find it. When I asked Maddie, even though she was busy stocking Christmas stockings, she immediately started walking me over to help. The same other employee stopped her to ask what I was looking for, and when I explained, he said, “You’re not going to find it, but you can keep looking,” which I felt was not appropriate to say to a customer. The store is quite clean, the employees are always wonderful & always check on shoppers to see if they need help finding items. The shelves are always stocked and organized. My daughter needed a potty break so we made a stop at the restroom which was absolutely disgusting! The toilets haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long, the trash cans were overflowing, the mirrors were wiped clean as well as the sinks for the most part. I like Hobby Lobby, but I long for a Hobby Town. Lobby has some decent inventory for modelers such as myself. But really lacks in paints and models. It only carries Vallejo and Testors paints. the model inventory is pretty thin as well. no where to near the type it used to carry. otherwise H.L carries alot of the arts and crafts things that people expect them to have. I really like the seasonal line up of yard decore. Especially the fall season. But again, I just wished it carried more in the way of models etc. since the city I live in does not have a dedicated...
