The rooms are nice and accommodating. The location is on one of the best beaches in the area.A few of the owners during our stay are not what I would call "easy to tolerate". Sharon(Karen) and Richard set the tone for a miserable week. The stay was nice but the constant snooping was out of control. This is a vacation rental not a bed and breakfast. Richard (Dick) was busted peeking in windows, cell phones were brought out to try and catch you breaking any of the rules they have established here. We stayed last year during week 31 and found these tow to be annoying. This year we came on week 32 and they were there still causing havoc. We and our friends had a total of 6 rooms (almost $10K for the week) and when I told the office why we were never coming back here, they informed me that they don't care, people are beating down the doors to stay there. Do yourself a favor and avoid Karen and Dick if you can. Without them there (and a few of Sharon's owner gang members) the stay would have been very pleasant. The housekeeping staff and the maintenance crew are top notch! We were top floor facing the beach The view is unmatched! remainder of the year (2022-2023) will be construction noise from the new building on the adjacent property, not sure of the...

My grandparents and family have been going here for 30 years. It has always been an amazing and memorable vacation, and I plan to keep the tradition of coming here every year and can't wait for my husband and I to return again with our first newborn child! This place is by far one of my favorite places to stay, and surprisingly affordable when looking for a weekly timeshare.

We always go week 43, the last week of October, and it's always perfect with great weather and the beach is never too crowded this time of year. We always enjoy seeing all the regulars that come on the same week as us, you start to develop relationships and a sense of community with the other time share owners.

The establishment is always clean, and they have been doing updates in all the units and it looks fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful with any accommodations you may need or want to know about, and there are plenty of fun things to do if you can ever get off the beach. One of my favorite parts about Lime Tree is how short of a walk or drive it is, just down the road, to St. Armand's Circle which is full of great shops and amazing...

It's gated & if you know someone comes every yr, it's a good comunity. Interior are good enough but outdated, seemed fit for senior's tastes. There are not many places in the area to go for dinner or bars. Kitchen has almost everything but dish soap. No shampoo & conditioner, you have to drive across the long bridge to down town Sarasota to buy them. No room service, you take towels & sheets to lobby to exchange on Wednesday only. But staffs at lobby were real nice & helpful, you can ask them for anything. On the unit, you can't see the ocean from living room if you sit down. Narrow bathroom w/ shower only. There's a hot tub & swimming pool in the courtyard. A live one-man show on Tuesday evening by sunset. Not much beach in front.

What can I say about this Florida gem? I have been staying here every summer since I was born and I look forward to it every July. The sunsets cannot be beat, the beach and pool days are so relaxing, every room is a quick walk to the beach, and there are tons of dining options just a mile away. Love the Limetree!!!

The price was very reasonable. Nice pool and hot tub area. Very kid friendly place. The units are a bit outdated from a lot of wear and tear but they say they are going to update the decor. Staff was very nice. The cabanas and lounge chairs with umbrellas cost $100 per week. Great sunsets.
