We had our family with children staying at the gulf beach resort right next door and the gentleman that was collecting the chairs at the sunrise island beach resort a employee there was trying to fist fight a man and a women that were just tying to watch the sunset from where we were staying he was giving the finger and yelling vulgar language in front of our children for no reason he is unstable and we can’t believe that they have this employee that is unstable like that working in there establishment unreal and unexceptionable for any resort or hospitality industry. I would beware and be cautious of the this man collecting the chairs on the beach during sunset he had no problem or care of people around him. We just wanted to let everyone know before anyone got hurt from this man who knows what he can do to a guest at his own establishment who got him angry. Read moreWe've been going to Suntide since 1983 when my in-laws bought a time share. All of the bottom rooms were gutted and redone after the storm in 2020. We didn't get to use our timeshare week last year because our unit wasn't ready. When we got there this year we noticed that the large mirror in the living room that allows you to see the beach while sitting on the sofa was replaced with a dinky mirror that is too high to see the beach anymore. When we inquired about a bigger mirror they said that it had an even smaller mirror after the remodeling and they aren't going to replace it again. If previous tenants have already complained wouldn't you replace it with a mirror that fixes the problem? After all, we're paying maintenance fees every year.
