On 7/06/25 I ordered 2 scoops of ice-cream in a waffle cone. They charged me $8.59 plus tip, for a ridiculously small amount of ice cream in a waffle cone. Literally it was pathetic, and the ice-cream barely came over the top of the waffle cone and they have the nerve to charge me $8.59. I can get a whole gallon of ice-cream at the store for that price. I told the lady I am not accepting this and this isn't 2 scoops what I ordered. She said it is 4 ounces of ice-cream, and I can pay for more ice cream. I told her what she provided me is a total rip off for what they charge, and I am not paying her more money for another scoop. I told her to take the product back, she said she can't take it back due to it being food. I told her I want a refund because I am not paying for a tiny amount of ice-cream. She said she needed to get a manager to reverse the charges, but there was no manager available. She said she will write a note to have the charges reversed by a Manager, and it will take 6 weeks. There is no way I am going to wait 6 weeks to get my money back. I didn't believe any action would be taken by this business, so I disputed the charges on my credit card as soon as it posted. I am not allowing this shady business get away with scamming tourists visiting Lido Beach. Beware of this establishment. Don't order any ice-cream from them unless you don't mind being scammed. I won't visit this...

Look I have had lobster rolls all over and honestly Iām sad to say these were the worst . Come on guys pull it Off the menu if youāre not going to do it right . It was fishy ! It was mashed up . Check my photo I had two like this for $50 with a beverage and small tip I can say no nay never no more ! Cold or hot lobster rolls are supposed to be tasty & fresh . And taste clean not fishy . My wife wouldnāt even finish hers I ate Mine and got scared it may be a mistake . Thatās not how you should feel . After eating some I really couldnāt return it lol . It was an embarrassment . To go stand up have to confront them and ask for what ? My money ? A replacement ( oh no ) , or so Thing else after my appetite was already spoiled from funky fish . So the chicken fingers looked good the woman sharing out picnic bench table had those . We also were asked by others how were those rolls ā¦. Two thumbs down guys ! TODAY, we regretfully decided to treat ourselves and eat at the Lldo Island Grill. We ordered 2 meals and were charged for 3. When we brought it to the young cashiers attention prior to receiving our food, (cashier with the glasses- no nametag) she said very annoyyed with us said : yeah there's a wrap on your bill too ( which we didn't order) she never offered a refund and then gave us the 3 meals even though we wanted 2. One of the sandwich that I did order, wasn't made the way I ordered it, so I took it back to them at which time the same cashier argued with me repeatedly in front of a line of customers that I didn't order it that way, at which I reassured her that I did... with extreme hesitation and an argumentative big attitude, she offered to replace the sandwich with the one I had ordered. The new sandwich did end up being very good, but that type of treatment taught us that we can "treat ourselves" by bringing our own food rather than ordering from them.. . ...
