Wyndham Vacation Resorts — Hotel in Sedona

We are VIP members, we came to this location for father day weekend with 10 of us total staying at 3 different condos here. I was expressing my disappointment of broken jet tub and other broken amenities, doors, appliances etc and the other two groups said they also found issues in their condos with broken things. This place is extremly outdated and understocked. As members we have stayed at Wyndham properties all over and this was by far the worst property in all the years we have traveled to different locations. We will not be back. Highly suggest staying elsewhere. They also told me I had a beautiful view. My view was first floor a view if the parking lot...very...

We loved our Sedona experience so much, we are going to visit again. Sorry friendly Wyndham staff all around. Very helpful in ensuring you get the most out of their facility. Definitely one of my top Wyndham locations.

This particular resort is in central to Sedona and if you are like me and don't mind walking, you are in a perfect place. Even if you have a car or need to take Uber, it is usually not that far for anything.

Wyndham Owner - Concierge / Sales Representative VERY rude and condescending. Horrible experience trying to cancel my tour to review my ownership. The maintenance was quick and nice however the room is dated, toaster broken, gap in the oven so food didn’t cook properly, coffee maker doesn’t have a pre-start and takes literally over 30 mins to fill up, and tile cracked. They are going under a renovation so hopefully this is solved in the future. Great location. I would not come back after my experience with the Concierge / Sales...
