I'm blown away by my experience with Flooring Liquidation Guys. They have so many options to chose from, and their prices beat anyone else in town. They have large samples that you can take home, which is absolutely vital when considering trying to coordinate colors. Samples look very different in your home than in a store. The salesmen at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful, they go above and beyond in customer service, but they are also low key and not at all pushy, happy to let you browse alone if that's what you prefer. I fell in love with a particular flooring they didn't have, and they were able to order it for me for significantly less than the store where I saw it.

I paid them to install the flooring for me, and Eddie and his team did a terrific job! They delivered the materials, installed, and cleaned up all the mess, including hauling away the old carpet. The crew was prompt, polite, and had excellent workmanship. They moved my furniture out of the way and helped put it back afterwards. They even helped me put on the felt pads I bought to protect my new floors! They installed quarter round to finish the trim with a fantastic attention to detail. I simply can't say enough good things about them!

I came in clueless and in hope for some guidance or at least kind service that allowed me to roam and look at what they had to offer. Im a first time renovator, and was met with above and beyond customer service that is extraordinary compared to anything else I have experienced anywhere else thus far.

Reminds me of the kind of place you go in a small town. You can trust what people say, and they trust you. They give you the time of day without judgment on appearance when you walk through the door. In my world, that mentality of not “judging a book by the cover”, says it all.

Their store hours are for the everyday person meeting something open after 4:30 PM. This is a low/no pressure, showroom and warehouse that I just can’t say enough great things about. this sort of business and customer service is becoming less and less of the approach companies take.

We shopped around before purchasing our flooring and returned here not only for the varied selection but also the service. You don't get that in a big box store. We are very happy with how our flooring came out, the price we paid, and the assistance we received in picking out a perfect product for our lifestyle. We are animal rescuers on a budget that wanted something easy enough to do ourselves yet durable. It needed to go straight over concrete, be waterproof and scratch resistant. All in we managed to do a living/dining room, hallway, laundry room and kitchen for just over $600. A win all around. We overestimated how many boxes were needed and were able to return the unopened boxes for a refund. We kept a couple should anything happen.
