Mind you they were 20 minutes from closing but i just needed 2 things and your store's doors are unlocked and business is open until a certain time so you would think customer service and just basic civil etiquette would be in play at least until either close or if you are worth your salt-- after an associate clocks out. An older woman associate followed me obnoxiously closely and basically said to hurry up and buy something and they're just there to help (even though she didn't actually help me clearly struggling with full hands). She either really wanted to at least pretend to help me and my spouse or, as I suspect, was scouting me as a potential thief. I get you want to protect your assets, but 1 -- I felt incredibly disrespected and discriminated against and 2 -- at least maintain a healthy level of physical space. The entire time I was being trailed, this woman was ALL UP IN my personal bubble and that of my spouse. I almost just threw down my ball of yarn and crochet hook set so I could escape the overtly aggressive behavior from the employee. 🙄. But it was my BIRTHDAY and I wanted my damn hooks... Read moreI’m not going to name names but there is a lady who is always rude every time myself and my husband come in I came to pick up an order that said it would be ready today and she said they are now short staffed and it may not be ready till tomorrow and that they have a lot of other orders to do and if they get to it today then it will be ready first off that’s not my fault that has nothing to do with me. Read moreI used to love this location. Now, I understand that sometimes the employees have bad days or weeks, I’ve worked in customer service, I get it. But, when they are unwilling to help with any of my problems on multiple occasions it starts to get a little old. On more than 1 occasion the $20 off $50 coupon did not work. I make sure to read all the fine print and nothing in my basket was restricted. This last time the manager came up and scanned it again and goes “oh, you can only scan it once. Even if it didn’t work the first time”. First of all, what kind of rule is that. Secondly, she was not only unwilling to help me out, she literally just walked off. The first time it happend the cashier didn’t even acknowledge that it didn’t work, I found out when I got my receipt and it said “coupons not used: $20 off $50”.
