Never have I been treated in such a belittling and condescending manner.
I have been having issues with my broken LG G7. I was unable to log on to my account online and was having problems contacting T-Mobile support, so as a last resort I went to the T-Mobile store located at 7855 113th St Ste H, Seminole, FL 33772.
I began to describe my predicament to a representative at the store who said his name was Ozzie. Before I could finish telling him my problem he replied that “LG is out of business.” Once again I explained that I have been paying insurance monthly and I need to get a new phone. Ozzie then snapped at me, as if he was scolding a five-year-old, saying “Didn’t you hear me? LG is out of business!” I asked him his name to which he responded curtly, “Ozzie.”
I am not used to being spoken to in such a manner and I told Ozzie not to speak to me in that tone. Frustrated and a bit peeved, I turned to leave. This is when he then looked over at his associate and began laughing. Absolutely boggled and feeling completely disparaged, I snapped at him, “Are you laughing at me?!” This is where Ozzie came around the counter and began approaching me, shouting, “Get out of the store!
I believe this T-Mobile store is an independently operated proprietorship but it is still the face of T-Mobile and therefore the employees should be held to the standard of...
Read moreThis is not a corporate store. For someone who has worked at tmobile (recently might i add) and they want to sit and lie to my face. For a warenty exchange. I know you are fully capable to do a warenty exchange. With having protection you can do a two year warenty exchange (one of the perks to keeping phone insurance) - your "mobile expert" proceeded to tell me they are not capable to do that and proceed to say it's a insurance claim only becuase he can't process the claim- which I know that not to be true. WHICH I DID INDEED TELL HIM THATS NIT TRUE!!! So 100$-200$ versus 15$-40$ for a warrenty exchange... that's funny... yall might be third party, but myself that has just left my corporate position as a mobile experts of September of this year. I know yall are lying cause third party always loves to dump the crap they don't want to do on corporate because corporate gets paid more hourly and yall won't get any commission for a warrenty!!! and third party t-mobile are shady as all get out regardless. Knowing this i ALSO KNOW YOUR FULLL CAPABILITIES IN A STORE FRONT AS A THIRD PARTY STORE BECAUSE WE ARE ALSO MADE AWARE BY DISTRICT MANGERS ON YOUR CAPABILITIES. THAT SAID WE ARE ALLWAYS SUGESTED TO REPORT YOU FOR LIES OR NEGLECTING TO HELP CUSTOMERS, WHICH I SHALL BE DOING. Thanks for your...
Read moreMy husband and I made the switch to Sprint after being with At&t for almost 10 years. Having no experience with this new carrier, the staff at this Seminole location were MORE than accommodating and willing to take the time to explain the ins and outs of switching to Sprint. Khaleel, the store manager, spent almost 2 hours on the phone with the crediting and porting department to make the switch as easy as possible for me. I did not feel pressured into unnecessary ad-ons and higher priced plans like we did at At&t. Khaleel, Martha, Dylan, Alejandro, and Ben were all wonderful and allowed me to ask tons of questions to which they never seemed annoyed or impatient. They also took their time to teach me the basics of an Iphone after switching from Android. Finally, when the Sprint porting department tried to take away our discount for wanting to use our At&t number on the new phone, the staff at the Seminole location remained firm and made certain that this did NOT happen, remaining on the phone with the department until the discount had been reapplied to our account. This was a true representation of amazing customer service! We will definitely be going back for any future needs and we are very happy after...
