Definitely an Extra Firm Mattress, no question ! Beautyrest Silver BRS900 11.75" Extra Firm Mattress I have been very pleased with my mattress purchase experience from Mattress Firm in So. Burlington, VT. They have a beautiful new show room with lots of mattresses to try and experience. I received great expert assistance from Cassandra & Ryan. I was looking for a new mattress and knew what I wanted as I’m a stomach sleeper and was looking for a pretty Firm one. The exact one I was looking for wasn’t displayed but they had several same brand ones close enough for me to decide. They also sold me a very good mattress protector that is totally noiseless under my sheets ! The Queen mattress was delivered very quickly 48hrs later, Amazing ! The delivery service updated me online hourly on the expected arrival-time which was great to know. The delivery guys were friendly; went one flight up with my new mattress and left hauling my old one away. The mattress price was very good ! (my only little negative comment is that the delivery fee was a little steep) I’ve only been sleeping on it for 2 weeks so the jury is still out as to being the perfect mattress for me. I may have chosen a way too firm one, in this Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Extra Firm model, which was my personal choice. I need to give it a little more time to adjust to it. But it’s a beautiful mattress with excellent workmanship. Has a clean, soft top, and no defects whatsoever. So time will tell.... and I will update this review. But overall I’ve been very satisfied with Mattress Firm, with Cassandra, and their delivery service. They were not pushy, gave me all the space I need to make my decision and answered all my questions. So the staff was very friendly, but it would seem there is no communication between them. I ordered a mattress with a box spring and protector. They delivered the box spring and mattress, but the box spring had holes in it. They replaced it free of costs but they informed me that my protector wasn't available. They asked if I would be fine picking it up when it came in at their store, this was fine with me. I got a call on Thursday and went in to pick it up Friday, when I got there, I was told it wasn't there and they would have to get it shipped to their store again from another store. The gentleman helping me said they would deliver it for free, I was fine with that. I just got a call and was told I will have to drive back in to their location again tomorrow and pick it up even though they promised they would deliver it for free. DON’T USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS : It’s not often you go shopping to make a big purchase, and a salesman isn’t at least trying to sell you something for that commission. It was extremely refreshing to say the least that we felt absolutely no pressure to purchase anything from the store. The trainee, Ethan being trained by Cass, was absolutely excellent even with not having the knowledge of every question we asked, but he searched for it. The extreme patience they showed us was also refreshing. Treated us as important as if we were about to buy a $5,000 set up. We went from bed to bed to bed and all the way through they both continuously taught us what each mattress was made of and what base did what, etc. Very pleased! THANK YOU...
