The quality of their diamonds are considered low quality just look it up. I have tried calling the store multiple times but it just rings rings and rings then the call just ends. Then when buying online and you see something that is a good deal and click on it to view it the price jumps up. Then I added the item to my cart thinking maybe it would be different when I start to check out. Well nope that isn't true so I chatted with one of their associates online and they said the price that is in the checkout cart is the price it is going for. I feel like with Christmas around the corner they are baiting the customer's with their low quality diamonds and jacking up the prices, because they think they can pull a quick one over us. As for going in the store I've walked around looking at some stuff, and asked if I could take a look at some stuff. I was told they would be right over, well I was able to look at everything in the store twice and walked a couple more laps and still they were just chatting away. I loved the ring my boyfriend got for me, at first. He bought the ring for me in February, and then in April it broke. So we brought it in to get fixed. Two weeks later and it's back. All was fine and the ring looked back to normal. Well fast forward a few months and in August it broke again (same place). So we sent it out and THREE weeks later I finally got it back. Only this time it didn't look right. Some of the diamonds in the halo were BLACK. We ended up going back to the store that night we picked it up and asked them about. I believe her name was Morgan tried to clean it there and it didn't really work. After that she basically either told me I could send it out AGAIN or deal with it. I was like i just got it back, out of the 6 months I've owned it, it's been in your shop for almost 2 months of it!! So I took it home. I picked it up on Monday, and today (Wednesday) when I woke up MY FINGER WAS GREEN AND THE BAND WAS TARNISHED!!!!!!!! They better make this right. Or I will NEVER buy...
