We got horrible service and indifferent attitude from the jeweler. We asked to thicken the existing eye loop for the jewelry piece and add a necklace piece. He removed and ruined my original eyepiece and added a cockeyed wire loop. He also overheated the jewelry piece, and we asked him not to dip the jewelry piece in cleaner. He dipped the jewelry piece in the cleaner and polished it after we instructed him not to. This solvent penetrated the jewelry piece and caused it to swell after he overheated. A few days ago I brought a lady's vintage watch to add a link to the bracelet and the lady thought it was a quartz watch and broke it. They refused to fix it and today I told the lady (?) there that had the watch not been fixed .they would have lost the customer and I would have made a negative review. Which ended up not being repairable, but he explained exactly why and was not rude, as some employees turn, once they realize they are not profiting from you. He did not rush me. The owner was really nice and professional, and they had really nice, simple but elegant jewelry ( I was not looking to buy), but I would return here for purchasing jewelry in the future.
