Elevated Properties - Steamboat Springs Vacation Rentals — Hotel in Steamboat Springs

We spent the week of February 18th at the Bear Claw - we loved this true ski in/ski out location - our unit was nice and comfortable. It is also a quick shuttle ride to the village (if you dont want to ski easily down). The building itself was great as it was the perfect size - not too big and overwhelming - nice easy reception area, pool easily accessible for our kids, great ski storage, awesome little happy hour bar for just guests. Best of all was the entire staff at Bear Claw - from reservations, to reception, to drivers, to bartenders, to maintenance and cleaning staff - all very professional, helpful, NICE, fun, quick to resolve any issues, etc. - really they all seemed happy to help in any and every way. Truly felt like they were working to make all the guests feel at home. We have stayed at a lot of places in Steamboat and we really hope to come back...

We stayed in Edgemont unit #2602. It looked brand new, was very nice and had all the kitchen essentials needed. It has a nice full-size washer and dryer. I was concerned because we were used to a mountain view, but the four of us agreed we enjoyed the valley view better. The lights at night were beautiful and we could watch the snow squalls move in and out. This is a great unit and the staff and facility were excellent. The private bus app is the best. Being able to schedule drop offs and pickups made this property for us. We will never get a car in Steamboat again. The drivers were very prompt and accommodated us at every turn. The ski locker handled equipment for four adults and the boot dryers in the locker eliminated the need to bring boot dryers. I would absolutely recommend this unit and the Edgemont property...

This is our 3rd stay at the Bear Claw. I will always stay here when visiting Steamboat. They do everything right. It's definitely the best ski in/out location, everything is clean, modern, and convenient. When you're ready to hit the slopes, you go into a room to put your boots on, grab your skis, and literally walk outside and you're on the ski run about 200' vertical of the base. We come in for lunch, relax in the condo, adjust layers, and let the ski boots warm up on the boot heaters. Nice hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. I also use the Weber grill out by the pool to cook up steaks. The pictures attached were taken as you step out...
