Bronze Tree Condominiums by Mountain Resorts — Hotel in Steamboat Springs

Great location. Ski storage on ground level clean and easy to leave 3 skis and 2 boards in one locker. Place is a bit old school but it's clean and close to Slopeside. One outside hot tub that surprisingly we mostly got to ourselves and an inside one with weak jets. Stayed at 302 2 bedroom, one bedroom with 2 beds was really spacious with queen/full beds and own bathroom. Main bedroom had a queen (would be better with a king) and nice remodeled bathroom with good water pressure. Kitchen is a little tight on space but has most everything you need (except a cutting board?!) and was really great to take a rest from skiing and have some lunch at the condo. Ski in is about a 100 yard run, so if it's spring conditions you might be taking off your board to walk (shorter to go further down the run and cut over). Walk out - this means you walk with your ski gear down about 10 steps, across a street to the condos closer to the slope and strap in and ski down to the lift/gondola - basically just a little above the outside restaurant Slopeside. Look into getting the First Tracks if you know there will be powder - it opens up getting on the gondola at 7:45am and closes some runs to other skiiers until 9am so you get all that time on fresh snow. We've stayed at many ski condos throughout Colorado. This is one of the better ones. Fantastic location, fantastic mountain view, great amenities, great floor layout, run by a very professional management company (who has a shuttle bus and showers for before/after staying in condo!).|On the other side, Bronze Tree condos don't seem to be compatible with heavy cooking. No kitchen exhaust fans, and signs up telling what to do when smoke alarms go off. Our unit contained no spices, not even salt or pepper. Our condo was perfect for our family vacation. On the ground level, we had a nice patio and amazing views with easy access to the resort. Very clean, up to date, and had everything we needed and more. Parking was also convenient. Excellent hospitality by the staff as well; received a personal call the second day of our trip from someone at their office to ensure we had everything we needed and that all was going well. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed, hope to be back to Steamboat soon - if we are we will definitely try...
