I have used geek squad for years but I am thinking of canceling my membership. I took 2 laptops in for service and setup. When I went in to pick them up I had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in. I had an appointment but there were only 2 people working and 5 people waiting to get checked in. There was no since of urgency. When I confronted the store manager about the problem he found 3 employees in back to help but I was still going to be late to my next appointment. When I did get served the employee did not know how to pull up the work notes or close everything out. WHY DO YOU MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DON'T KEEP THEM OR INFORM THEM OF THE TIMING ISSUE? Visited the Geek Sqad and was told that they either charge $280 or I have to visit an Apple store or Mail it to Apple. If they don't honor the Apple program which covers IphoneX screen issues for 3 years, they shouldn't be included in the Apple authorized service provider list.
