I come to this location very often, and usually leave satisfied. I had a completely different experience this evening. When I started to give my order, I was told that the salad I asked for they no longer have, obviously that sucks but you can't control that. The young man was friendly and began telling me of the other salads they had to offer, the young punk next to him was a total different story. He first, when I found out about the salad, interrupted and snapped at me that it was only "seasonal" I brushed it off and continued to order. As I'm asking about different dressings, the kind young man I was giving my order to, began listing them off, again the young punk next to him interrupted him again and began snapping off the last of the dressings, obviously very frustrated and annoyed with me.I turned to him and gave him a stern "thank you". Finished my order, and as usual the food was awesome. Like I said I come here often, but this punk is in no place to have the position he does. I am pregnant and there was no line behind me and I was treated with utter disrespect. I left feeling very uncomfortable. The kid has light brown hair, tall, looked to be about 18, I did not catch his name, but he has awful...
Read moreThis was overall a bad experience. Employee taking my order was extremely rude, didn’t ask if I wanted my order in house or to go, didn’t inform me of where to pick up my food after ordering, and wasn’t in uniform(just a white long sleeve with an unbranded apron). Woman with glasses and brown hair. My pager was buzzed and when I went over my coffee was there but no bagel. I waited a few minutes to ask for my bagel and when I did they were confused and had to remake it. I’m confused how they lost and order less than 5 minutes after me ordering it. I haven’t been into a Panera in years and I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon. Many other things wrong with my experience today but I gave two stars bc my order was correct and came out in a timely manner. I work in a restaurant so I get it but I was expecting more from the location closest to Panera’s corporate offices. Also wanted to add St. Louis county has a mask mandate and not a single front of house employee had their...
Read moreI go to this location often. This is an excellent location. The food is always great; it's always clean, and staff are typically very nice people except for one bearded manager I encountered who was rude for no reason. I don't know if he still works there or not, but there's no reason to be disrespectful to people. Afterall, it's a customer service job.
Other than that, I haven't had many problems at this location. The only thing about this place is OCCASIONALLY it gets kind of crowded. This is just a note for people who don't want to eat around crowds. If there suddenly is a crowd there, and if you want less crowd, then consider going to the Paneras/Saint Louis Bread Co location on Manchester/Woodlawn Rd. It's in the same parking lot as Schnucks. But, crowds haven't been coming to this location lately.
Otherwise, I haven't had many problems. This location has been more than...
