Absolutely delighted. The battery in my car died; the key fob would not open it; the mechanical key that I had did not fit (used car, long story). I called Edward Mangione's and got a quote for getting the car open (WAY less expensive than replacing a window, which was the only other way into the car).

Long story short - within 30 minutes of making the call to Mangione's, I was siting in my car. The gentleman that came out to provide the service was utterly professional, knew exactly what to do, and did not damage my car in any way - no scratches on the door, the lock worked fine after he opened it, and he explained what he was doing each step of the way.

The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. The entire experience was smooth and easy the from start to finish.

I stopped into Mangione's with a lock and key that was not working for an expensive cabinet i just bought. Edward himself greeted me at the counter and took apart the whole lock and inspected the functionality and operation. After some conversation of what the lock was for and how it worked, Edward suggested a few things to try when i returned home. His knowledge and professionalism would certainly pay off as i am back in operation! Not only that, after all of his efforts and time inspecting the lock, when i asked for him to make me a second key, he only charged me for the key. Ed and Nick are the best, they really saved me and got me out of a bad jam. I lost the keys to my car and for the life of me could not find them, I was desperate as the car was parked in a meter area and I didn't want it to get booted and towed. I called them on a Saturday Morning, it was pouring down with rain, and they came all the way down to Downtown Albany from Clifton Park to make a new key for my car and program a new fob.
