This is clearly an older structure, but has been revitalized and feels very new. The rooms are modest but the bathroom is enormous. The drawback to the bathroom is it has no exhaust fan. Although it's a non-smoking facility, just walking down the hall to our room you passed through multiple rooms emanating the smell of cannabis. We had difficulty with the room above us populated with unsupervised tween and teenagers jumping up and down and running up and down on their floor for two nights in a row, until 2:30 in the morning. Although he reported it to the staff on duty, she seemed unable to resolve the situation. The hotel manager was a fine gentleman and we found him to be an exceptionally helpful. The complimentary breakfast included bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy along with a variety of other stock breakfast items. These are generally available 24/7 so after returning to our rooms at 11:00 in the evening you could grab a pastry or a yogurt etc. There did not seem to be a Coke machine, but for a few dollars you can buy a can from the front desk. The hotel was a matter of 5 minutes from the Hard Rock concert and casino venue and they ran free shuttles 24/7. There is shopping and quite a bit of fast food in the immediate vicinity. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I'm in hotels every night for most of the year. Prices have gone up in hotels across the country. This place is not cheap but also not as much as others. I found this hotel an excellent hotel especially for best western. The front desk evening gentleman was fantastic, helpful and very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was very good. The king room is a bit smaller than most other hotels but was exceptionally clean. I stayed 2 nights and 2 different king rooms. Had to extend stay unexpectedly. A little more bathroom counter space would be nice and the air conditioning is right below the desk where you would be sitting. Also first room had no plug in on the night table. Had to move it away from wall but 2nd room had one. Other than that it was wonderful, and a very nice surprise at just how comfortable the bed is. Most comfortable hotel bed I've had yet. It's a combination of the bed itself and the pillow. I couldn't ask for better. Its very similar to our bed at home. Also the rain head shower was excellent. Loved it. Will continue to stay when here.

I was expecting a call from a manager or someone but we haven’t heard from anyone. Pretty disappointing. The hotel looked nice, great price, perfect for one night. I was about to fall asleep, when my forehead started to itch. Then my elbow…and then my foot. I got up and started looking on the bed. We found a BED BUG!!!! And then I found three little babies!!!! We caught the big one in a cup and I took it to the front desk, at first they said it was mosquitoes but I had proof it was a bed bug. They immediately became apologetic. They told us to put our clothes in the dryer immediately and they would get a new room. Thankfully my daughter did not get bit or my grandma.(Phyllis S) The reservation was under her name. When we got to the new room, we couldn’t get settled so decided to leave and just go home. We did get a refund, which is great, but I would expect someone to follow up. What an awful, unsettling experience. I looked at reviews when we got home. 8 months ago someone had posted they had BED BUGS, I guess they did not take care of them.

So many positives about our stay here!! First was how willing the staff was to help us with a late/early (2am) check in after a music festival! We got up early Saturday and we were able to catch breakfast. I'm extremely happy we did, it's been quite a while since I've been able to get an actual GOOD hot breakfast at a hotel that wasn't just a waffle. The rooms were very clean, perfect size for my wife and I as we were literally only sleeping the 3 nights we were there and headed back to festival grounds. My literal only teensy complaint was the shower not sealing correctly and letting water out (I'm a commercial maintenance tech) but that was such a small issue it doesn't matter. The bedding was clean and extremely comfortable (I have a traumatic back injury so I usually hate hotel beds) and the room AC worked amazingly! 🥶

There's a quik trip right up the road, an O'Reilly auto parts, just across the interstate you have a multi anchor shopping strip and Walmart, taco bueno, IHOP, McDonald's, waffle house and the Hard Rock Casino.

Also! My wife and I both have neck issues and let me tell ya about their pillows. We loved them so much I called this morning to ask which ones they were! I found them online buy there's a Victoria, a dream maker and an aurora series. If someone knows or could let me know that'd be great otherwise we may just have to go stay...

We Stayed here 3 nights, Monday-Wednesday this week. We were told at check-in that the software to make keycards was not working, so a hotel staff member would have to let us in our room each time, or that we could leave the door propped open with the master lock, which sounds like the dumbest thing you could do at a hotel. Imagine walking around the hallways of the hotel and every room door is propped open (which we actually seen a lot of) umm…No thank you! We were told the keys would probably be available “soon”. There was no discount or compensation offered from the hotel for the inconvenience of not having a room key card for ourselves. Overall the staff was super friendly and courteous, the room card issue was something that was clearly out of their hands and more of an annoyance to everyone. I feel like management could have done something to resolve the issue in a more timely manner but that didn’t happen while we were there. We stayed there 3 days without a room key and had to be let in our room every single time. If the issue continues into the weekend, when there are likely more people staying, I’m sure other guests will not be very happy. There will be a lot of time spent waiting around for the 1-2 staff members that are working to go around opening doors for every single guest. Hope they get their...

This was the 1st time that we stayed at the GLo in Tulsa-Catoosa and it was a great experience. We have stayed at the GLo in DeSoto, TX and it was a pretty good experience. We are Best Western rewards members so we have stayed in our fair share of Best Western branded hotels. This one has all of them beat!

The size of the double queen room was big enough we could use our queen blow up bed for the kids, so we could fit 6 to this room. The bathrooms were also quit large, so multiple people could use the space at the same time. The modern design of the entire hotel, feels like a boutique aura. We loved that the room also had the same feel, with unique styles in the bathroom vanity, shower area, desk area and the sliding mirror closet door. We took photos for inspiration of our forever home, lol

The breakfast was the icing on the cake. Everything that was served was fresh and tasty. They even went so far as to wrap the fresh fruit in saranwrap to prevent cross contamination between guests. How smart is that?!?! The dinning area was very welcoming and clean. I almost forgot, they had charging stations on the high top island style table where you didn't even have to use a cord to charge your phone!

We loved this hotel and we can't wait to stay here again next summer whenever we make our trip from Texas to the...
