We reserved a double queen suite as a family of five through Expedia.
Positives: No weed smell! It's the first thing I notice in a hotel or motel. The attendant was kind and quick. Room layout is spacious (pics), with a couch (not a pullout) and coffee table sitting area, two queen beds, and a separate king master bedroom. There was a trashcan in the queen room and the bathroom, but not the king room. There were trash bags in them--hallelujah! Beds were comfy, but pillows are the soft, collapsing kind. Bring your own like I do if you are prone to neck pain. Water pressure was good. There were refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. There were actual ceiling lights in the master bedroom, then regular lamp lighting in the queen room. Breakfast was adequate, not fancy. Bagels, muffins, oatmeal, apples, oranges, vanilla yogurt, juice, cereal, dairy and oat milk, 1 boiled egg, and coffee.
Negatives: No exhaust fan in bath, so the walls dripped (pic) and ran condensation and the rooms got muggy after we showered because there was nowhere for the moisture to go. Bedside lamps and lamp by TV in queen room didn't work. Questionable crusty stain on one duvet cover (pic)--others were clean. Shampoo was empty in the bathroom, but the products that weren't out were nice.
Overall, the spaciousness and layout made the stay worth it. There was interstate noise, but that doesn't bother us. We'd stay again...

First off, the pillows, were HORRIBLE! Neither me nor my wife got any sleep and not for the good reason. The pillows are small square pillows that deflate on you as you sleep so within an hour you pretty much have no pillow. You have to fold them for them to function at all! Next, the room had zero cups, which is something even the cheap motels have in the room. But the one thing I can honestly say I’ve NEVER seen in a hotel or motel previously is that there was NO GYM. There is no gym advertised anywhere online, but there is a sign on the direction plaque in the lobby that tells you where the fitness center should be. I know this is Tulsa and I was probably the first one to ever want to work out or utilize this nonexistent feature, but it’s not there, even though the sign says it certainly is. The manager confirmed they don’t have one. This is not even a Hilton to me and I regret staying there. The hotel is modern and right next to motel 6, which probably has a gym and better pillows too. Come on franchise owner and Hilton, you really dropped the ball on this hotel. Not...
Read moreMy friend and I stayed at the Spark 5/15-18/25. The hotel accommodations were good but the customer services was AWESOME. I do not remember the front desk clerks name but let me tell you Spark has got a GREAT employee. If she reads this review she will remember us and know that we are talking about her. She was working when we arrived the first night. She then went home came back and worked the day shift. We saw her everyday. If she was tired, we couldn't tell. She kept the same smile and demeanor with excellent customer service. Thanks for the hospitality. From the two ladies from Texas (who were a mess but loved to have...
