Walgreens — Local services in Catoosa

I used to use their pharmacy because they were open later than most here it is Sat at 3pm I've got a bad burn . After leaving ER I was prescribed medication. They were closed. Almost sent my husband today and sure enough they are closed. I'm SOPPOSED to return to ER tomorrow for recheck and they will be closed tomorrow too. If I had known pharmacist got weekends off I would of become one. Another example was I went on the app and updated my personal information to utilize my online account. I needed to buy makeup I clipped coupons I opted in to buy one get one 50% off etc. it came to. E to pay in store and my updated info did not work. I was holding up the line so I ended up paying the outrageous price. The guy at the counter was patient and very helpful even offered to update my info which he did. I decided to shop some more. My purchase was added up this time when I put in my # it took 40$ off the bill instantly. I spent over 300$ that day at Walgreens and all I've got to show for it is 3$ wahlgrens cash. What a waist of time and money. I had to put back the makeup because I couldn't get the buy one get 50% off or the manufacturer clipped coupon. I will be deleting the app. They can...

I stopped by here this morning to check if the internet was correct and they actually did have the product I was seeking. They did not. I also stopped to check on make-up pricing/sales which were buy one get one 50% off. The sale is actually a good deal if you buy make-up on a steady basis. Walmart's 24/7 automated Amerigas machine was broken last night so I couldn't get an exchange and I'm going to Walgreens tonight to get a Blue Rhino exchange for an extra 5 dollars compared to Amerigas but hopefully I won't have any problems because there is no automated machine to screw up..... just human error. I DO NOT want to spend another night without my propane heater especially when the temp is in the 30's. The staff was nice and helpful but they didn't have the item I was looking for although one lady said she would order it if I would like. So 3 stars and I'll ad another if I get my propane exchange...

Absolutely ridiculous. They never have a pharmacist on duty. I have gone so many times to pick up my medication just for the pharmacy to be closed. Once I went to drop off a prescription and said I would wait. After 30 minutes, I asked if they had it ready they said no and asked if I needed it that day... like of course that's why I waited.

Then today, after they called, texted, and emailed me that I had a partial refill ready I left work because they don't stay open. I get there and they say they don't have anything ready for me then made me wait for OVER an hour just to tell me that they can't do a partial refill. Even though they always do because for some reason they can't plan ahead for a customer. I requested the refill 6 days ago and now will have to go without my medication. Do not waste your time or your money. Walgreens does not pay enough to be properly staffed or stock...
