Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Catoosa

Last Saturday my daughters and I went there to get shoes for a wedding. My oldest went on her own while my younger was walking around. My child all of a sudden has to go to the bathroom. Yes, that day for busy, I can see that the line was long. My daughter was jumping up and down because she need to use the bathroom right away. I walked up to a cashier name CHRIS . I asked him politely if he can open the bathroom for my daughter. He turns around and says, “We are all doing cashier” then turns around like it’s a NO. He was RUDE, very UNPROFESSIONAL and did not even acknowledge me. What he could of said was, “Can you give me a min to finish this customer up and I’ll help you”. But nope, nothing. My daughter was close by the bathroom, just jumping because she has to really use it.

So I went back up to Chris and ask if he help. He slowly turns his head towards me. I told him, my daughter has to poop and if she poops on your floor, then oh well.

So at the end he helped but I was soooo angry because I felt very disrespected as a customer. ROSS, you have to TRAIN your employees how to be Professional! The lady Manager was RUDE and very Unprofessional. I saw her walk up to him and they started talking and laughing together...

Needs more cashier's! Husband said someone walked out with a basket full of stuff, set off alarms and woman worker said for him to stop and come back but he kept walking. Scary! So much for the security measures. U can find good stuff there reasonable some times though. I tried on name brand amazing clothing but got my hair caught on the anti theft device and it pulled it out but it was worth it 😂. Best bra I've ever bought! It's great when they're fully stocked! But sometimes it's sparse pickings. I bought my son school clothes for $100. But there was limited pants and NO SHORTS which is what he normally wears most. If u take the time to look u can always find SOMEthing and for a good price. All but the furniture and candles are good deals. Plus people take stuff back so check for tips and stains. Yes there's always scammers that ruin anything good or nice for everyone else unfortunately. I like the store but it can seem on the LOW end for many reasons. Maybe they need a real security guard and to check returns more closely. It was a win win this trip tho. I'm happy with it overall. Wish we had one in our town east instead of having to drive...

One of my favorite places to shop. This location is much more organized than the Tulsa Hills one i usually go to. The employees are awesome and willing to help if you need anything. I was there for hours last night and enjoyed visiting with their staff as I shopped while they picked up the dept I was in. These employees care about their store and customers. I had shopped in Ross in Tulsa Hills last week and got the exact opposite impression from their staff. Literally five or more employees stood at guest services laughing, eating pizza, and totally ignoring the growing line of 10 plusk customers. There was one very slow cashier working and she was new. Literally, next to no one at that location cares about customer service so I'm happy to drive a few extra miles to shop at the...
