I took my 3 sons in to find 2 pair of shoes each. My middle son is 3 and potty training. We walked in and started looking at shoes for each of them when my middle son told me he needed to use the restroom. I asked the associate if they had a restroom my son could use as we were potty training and likely would have an accident if we didnt go right then. She radioed to her back room, then smiled and shook her head and said "no we don't". I said "we're potty training you dont have a place my 3 yr old can go potty real quick" and she said "nope sure dont sorry." I said "thats rediculous". She said "Im sure Ross does and it's right next door". SO we walked next door bought them all the tennis shoes (nike and underarmour) we needed, and even got an extra pair as well. Sucks that'd have been a good sell for them. Save your money...

This is the deal. They always greet you more than once, and someone is constantly checking on you. Though as I looked around, security was hounding me as though I was going to take something. My intentions were to buy some slippers that I saw online, but there was nothing. So, I wanted to get a $50 gift card and it comes with a free $10 giftcard. But, there was no possibility of getting it tonight either, because no one new how to ring it up. The ladies were helpful, because they called another store to figure out how to do it with no luck. The only reason I didn't give this business a 5 stars, is simply because they do not sell slippers for men except during fall and winter. Plus it was May, and they didn't have the new Sketcher's summer shoes, not the new summer ones. On the other hand, the rest is great! I enjoyed the staff, wide selection of men's, women's and children's shoes, socks and other items. The store was well stocked, and very clean. The lady that helped me was just great and she made sure I was offered to be on their mailing list for...
